My experience here tonight was amazing! I love going to Chick Fila because they have great service and tonight was no exception. Thank you Chick Fila for being awesome as always! If I could I would give you 20 stars!

Dine in and could not find a clean table. Ordering was great for the 6 of us, however 3 of us were missing items including sandwiches. I regret not taking photos of the puny and weird looking chicken in the sandwiches. Fortunately, nobody got ill afterward. Appears like this location’s employees are not well supported and not held to the Chick Fil A standard.

Me and my wife sat in and ate dinner last night. We ordered chicken sandwiches and it seems like the cook skipped the flouring process and our chicken went straight to the grease. No breading whatsoever. This is the wrist chick-fil-a by far! The milkshake was so nasty and not mixed well at all. This place has went down hill.

Fries are nice and hot. Staff is. Friendly and knowledgeable its good to have service with a smile. Will return to this location.
AWFUL!! Sat in the drive thru for 20+ minutes, no one EVER took our order and they were jumping to cars in the back of the line. It made absolutely no sense. We obviously were stuck in the line at this point so when we pulled up the window we had to tell them no one had ever taken our order. This is inexcusable. Do BETTER!

Are you kidding me with this chicken sandwich yall just gave me?... the chicken is so small it's the size of a nugget. Can't be charging that much for food then serve something like this. This doesn't even count as a chicken sandwich. The chicken patty was exactly the same size as the Polynesian sauce I kid you not!

this reply is for “wendy day” have you ever thought to realize that it could be their first day on the job? or were you not considering the fact. you’re describing a chick fil a employee “inefficient & uncaring” when chick fil a employees thrive on kindness to their customers, you mean to tell me you’re complaining abt waiting five minutes for your order 💀 what do you expect it’s chick fil a they are always busy get over it and go somewhere else.

I got a biscuit to go but opened it in the car. It was barely warm & tasted stale. I'm certain it was due to be trashed based on time because I haven't had anything this poor tasting from CFA. Staff were kind enough to give me new biscuit but it wasn't a whole lot fresher. Drive through line was busy. People were waiting for orders to carry out. So it wasn't a slow time if business. While I waited, a couple of drive through orders came inside with order problems. Not a normal quality CFA experience. This is not my normal CFA location so I will likely skip this one as a substitute for my regular spot. It wasn't what I expected of CFA.
I was stalked harassed and followed outside for just picking up a doordash.
I never had a problem with this location I always hit confirmed after I make sure it's the correct customer on the bag.
They tell me how to do my job but they can't even do their job correctly I waited for 5 minutes then the guy tells me how to do my job and wants to stalk my phone and he then follows me to the door and then outside it was very scary and I think he was the manager that makes it even worse now if I get a order at this location I'm kinda scared 😨 now this guy was very unprofessional and inappropriate. It was very scary. All I was trying to do is get the food to the customer I'm in a hurry I don't like being told to do my job and I also don't like being stalked and harrysing I almost called the cops I was that creeped out and scared.

Had a pickup order from chick fil A apps. Lately, I found missing items from the order. Try to call and get a refund. Costomer service said they can't find my order number.

Sitting in line for almost 9 minutes waiting on the DoorDash order did not get acknowledge at all. I had to just about come out of character just to get acknowledged. Yes I am African-American and this is Lexington but there’s still no excuse to not understand customer service.

What is going on that it takes 30 minutes to make it through the drive through in the morning and I’m STILL asked to go park around front we’ll bring it right out for another 10 minutes. 40 minutes for some biscuits and it’s not like I could just leave once youre in the line you’re in the line. This was supposed to be a “oh I’ll go get breakfast for me and a few guys at work as a nice gesture” to now a oh I’m half an hour late bc they didn’t staff this morning apparently. I blame none of this on the people working and all of it on the management for not having more people working. Idk what’s going on at this store but it’s been downhill for a while. There’s 4 other people parked out front waiting. What is going on in there that none of us got food after waiting that long to even get to the window.
