Had to reduce service to 1 because I could not do 0. Last 3 times in drive thru have either been shorted salad dressing or not even given any. The most recent was last night and I actually ask drive thru person to verify I had 2 creamy salsa. He looked in the bag and said yes they were there. Got home and no salad dressing at all. In baseball 3 strikes and you are OUT! Very poor quality control in drive thru at Saluda Pointe in Lexington SC

Chick-fil-a is my go to fast food place. I’ve gone roughly once a week for years now, to many different locations and the quality is consistently good.
This location has gone downhill in the last few months. Ordered today and it was mediocre. Went through the drive thru, so didn't realize the errors until it was too late. Ordered sweet tea, but got unsweetened. The fries were only about half full and were Luke warm and floppy. Nuggets looked like the box had been dropped. Missing sauces, no napkins or straws were given with the order.

Really disappointed today by getting food from chick-fil-A.MacAchz food really worst where we could see lot of human hairs inside the food.Very very bad quality of customer service.When we called the customer service no proper response as well.
We paid extra for gluten free buns and they forgot one!Edit: Since my initial review this location has left out a portion of my order just about every single time. Most recently they left the CHICKEN off of my wife's grilled chicken club. I avoid this location for months at a time, and every time I come back, tempted by convenience, and hoping long enough time has passed for the staff to turn over and/or make improvements, I am disappointed yet again.Dietary restrictions: They offer gluten free buns but the classic chicken has gluten in the breading. And ALL the sauces have egg in them.

We went through the drive thru to get drinks and some food. It was a very short line so service was fast, and the employees were nice. I am not a huge chick fil a food fan but it was ok and my wife enjoyed her food.

This location is awesome. I have never had a bad experience here. The food is always fresh. Of all the chik fil a's in the area this one is the best. They have perfectly golden flakey nuggets. Amazing!!Features: Fresh and fast. Recommended.
