Mr. Tucker's franchise is very well run. Always busy, always clean, and always friendly. We had a small issue with our order, which of course happens but they handled it immediately and the young lady who took care of it apologized twice.

Food was fantastic, I had an unpleasant encounter with a staff member here who was old, blonde hair, lady in there 40-60s. While at the playground, I was treated rudely by a janitor who seemed dismissive and unprofessional. I believe it's important for everyone working in public spaces to treat visitors with respect, kindness, and patience, especially in environments meant for children. This individual's behavior left me feeling uncomfortable and disrespected. I hope management will look into this situation to ensure that all staff members represent the values of courtesy and professionalism.

My food is never hot when I order here. The sandwiches are room temperature at best. I always order cheese on my sandwich and it's not even half way melted. The fries are even less. It is really an inconvenience to have to drive down sunset to the other one just for hot food.

If I place a mobile order for pick up and pay for it and then I get there to pick it up and you tell me You’re out of something you should’ve never let me place my order for it. Beyond disappointing this is not the first time it has happened this is the worst location to go to never have this issue at any other location.

It used to be that if you came through early (before 7am) your biscuit was rubbery like it was a leftover that was microwaved. Now it doesn't seem to matter what time you come through, your biscuit will be rubbery and barely edible. There has been better quality control @ mcdonalds lately.

I ordered on the app and these lovely folks waited until I got to the window to tell me they could not modify a salad because their prep person had left for the night mind you there are four people standing at the window and I’m sure a shift leader or a manager behind them. Why can you not make The salad the way I ordered? Is no one besides the prep person able to read a ticket and take pepper strips off a salad and add cheese? Do better chick fil a. I’ll think long and hard before coming here with special requests again, thank you
