They had 11 people on the front line and only one taking orders! Manager doing some paper work walking past 3 folks waiting to order. The girl taking orders had a large order she was taking and doing her best to manage that! Service was not what i'm use to. Most the time it's one of the best. Fries were way to salty!
This is one of the busiest stores but well run and very clean.

I love this restaurant and their gluten free bun. They get it to you quick and have great service.Dietary restrictions: If you’re gluten free like me your options are pretty good. Their grilled nuggets and sandwiches (with a gf bun of course), some of their salads (check with toppings), fries and hash browns are all gluten free. Breakfast options are limited but great otherwise. They use separate friers. Also if you have a peanut allergy, they use refined peanut oil.
Its a toss up whether or not you get fresh food or its been sitting under a heat lamp for a while.

2pm today. Ordered just a gallon of sweet tea/3 cups of ice. I was Smugly told to move forward to wait. Made me wait while they served multiple cars. This is the 2nd time. Three wks ago the older woman prepping my tea order voiced her annoyance behind the window- off side-within ear shot-on making my tea order. These teas are for our community grounds keepers to lift their spirits once a month. My Fortune 500 company caters with you all every 6 wks. Why the sudden change in the staff mind set? They seem very unhappy. I love this location! The staff is so intelligent and lovely. I Have been loyal for over 20. I’m hoping this heart felt plea might be heard. Much respect to you all.

Extremely disappointed with the customer service! I waited in line until 10:25 AM, but when I reached the register at 10:31 AM, they abruptly refused to serve me breakfast. Their strict adherence to a rigid cut-off time is completely absurd and unnecessary.Additionally, this incident reflects poorly on the workers' ability to handle situations with flexibility and empathy, which is concerning in the service industry. I’m absolutely flabbergasted by the lack of competence displayed by these workers.

The women taking our order was extremely rude. When we asked her a question if the meal came with a box just she just nodded. Then we said the other part of our order she just stood there and huffed and puffed. The bread on our chicken sandwhich was also very stale. Won't return to this chick-fil-a.
