Had to remove half of my lettuce because it was it was so disgusting and some pieces looked and felt borderline rotten. Great service always but this lettuce should have been tossed, it’s disgusting they felt comfortable serving this. I don’t mean to be dramatic, but my salad was significantly smaller after taking out all the bad lettuce.

Never have I ever had a unpleasant visit to chick fil a until this morning. I placed a breakfast order for some chicken minis. It's the only thing my autistic daughter really likes. She's a very picky eater. Get there they are no longer services breakfast but order was placed before breakfast ended. Why not honor my order. And whoever the manager was she looked about 15 needs a course in customer service. Instead of walking away while I'm still talking. She could've atleast offered me something. Very unprofessional.
