5 stars on the food and atmosphere but 1 star on the service. 30 min wait for seats, no biggie, but 45 min wait for drinks and over an hour wait on food is a bit much. Food came out great so major kudos to the kitchen but the server was incredibly rude and disrespectful, over charged, had a major attitude and could really use additional training on the menu since she couldn’t answer the most basic questions. Would go back, but would definitely keep the service in mind.

Service very slow. After ordering the first couple of orders came out in 40 mins, the rest trickled out over next 20. Burgers over cooked an burnt. Trying to pay their credit card machines malfunctioned, I paid cash then accused of not paying. My last visit, won't be back.

My wife and I went out for lunch and decided on a place we hadn't been to in years. When we got to Chili's ?️ (see how I put the little logo?), we were seated within a couple minutes. We normally try different drink and food items. But we both wanted to check out their drink of the month. We got the $6, Lil Niño which is Espolon reposado...I'll just let you go check it out for yourself. Um just saying that after the first one, I had to upgrade for a larger pour. Yep! Although it was simple, it was that good. Plus, the Mrs had to get another one too??♂️. For our entree, we shared the Fajita Trio...shrimp, steak and chicken with a side of seasoned rice and a cup of beans. Of course, all the fixings came with it (sour cream, salsa verde, guac and cheese). It was just enough for both of us to enjoy a light lunch. Make your way to Chili's. No regrets on our end. SHALOM

Very dissapointed. Havent had Chili's in years, thought I would try this location per recommendations. Waited at the to-go area for a good bit before acknowledged, which was odd, the restaurant was practically empty during my wait. I specifically asked the person who took my order I would like my toppings on the side not on. I leave, when I go to eat my order back at work I see there are NO toppings packed. No sour cream, jalapeños, nothing.. but they gave me a side of ranch? ?

Food was as expected. Service was lack, nothing but orders and food for table visit. But worst thing is HOPE(her name) confronted me at the door for DINE AND DASH and asked of I paid???? Are you serious???? After I told the server I am paying cash, left cash on the table WITH TIP!!! And my split check was prepaid with card. How disrespectful!!! Friday night Date night never again!!!Had to come back to edit. Food was actually terrible, couldn't be too far away from the toilet the next day!!DO NOT RECOMEMD if this is how they treat paying customers.

I was very excited to try the new Nashville hot chicken tenders and I was let down. The actual chicken tender was good but the sauce was not good. I’m not sure if the sauce wasn’t properly mixed but it felt like I was just eating powder with a little bit of chicken mixed in. I got a four piece and I only ate one and a half tenders before I had to call it quits. The fries were good and while the mac and cheese I got was creamy it just held no flavor. The saving grace was the skillet queso we got and my boyfriend’s honey-chipotle tenders.
Took a while to get our order but the Fajita was good.
