Went Into Lexington location Monday Evening 2-16-2026. to get takeout. I wanted to try the Chicken Al Pastor. The young lady who waited on me was fantastic. She let me try the chicken before she made our Burrito Bowls. She was friendly and attentive. The food was hot and fresh with the exception of the Caso. It was thick and chunky (but I still ate it.) It was the first time in a long time since we have been there but will defiantly go back.

Order chipotle tonight online and everything was messed up! Why charge for queso if you aren’t even going to add it and then my husband opened his and it was a bowl and not a burrito! What is going on? We tried to call the store and you can’t even speak to an actual human?!?! This is insane! Very very disappointing!

Online only is ridiculous

If I could give 0 stars I would. I placed an order online for pickup at 8pm. I walked in at 8pm to get my order. The line for online orders was down one side of the store and same for in store orders. Everyone except a few were in the back I’m assuming then out of nowhere people come around and start making food. I did not get my order until 8:30. To me this is unacceptable. I placed the order around 7:40 in the app. So this was a 50 minute wait.

Our last two visits to our Lexington SC Chipotle have been great! The lady behind the counter, the kids call Ms. T. The T must stand for Terrific ;) , ( I know, cheesy) but she does a super job. She moves the line through quickly and efficiently. The first time we stopped in, she wasn’t on-the-line and it was long and moving slowly. Honestly, we were close to walking out. Within a minute or so, Ms. T stepped in. The pace changed and it made the difference!! Don’t lose Ms. T.

At lunch time they were out of cooked. Chicken and guacamole. Curt staff. The music was blaring like a bar.

Had an entire tray of guac left, I asked if I could have some in my bowl and they said it was their last tray and they couldn’t give it away…? I asked the lady at checkout and the same girl who told me it was the last tray came over and closed my bowl and said no very rude.

Obviously the Company has still not learned their lesson. I ordered double meat, which cost me an extra $6.50, and didn’t even get 4oz. Do not support this establishment! These Companies need to learn that taking advantage of the customers will only lead to their establishment closing its door. Really simple to understand.

Stopped by to pick up lunch. The employee helping me was rude and her questions about what food items I wanted were terse/rude. No greeting of “how can I help you” or “what can I get you”? The employee in the back, who appeared to be food prepping was blaring his iPhone music with less than desirable music for any restaurant setting. The manager (at least she appeared to be the manager) was sitting at one of the tables by the cashier talking and laughing and didn’t seem to care that her employees were extremely rude. All that and the chips I ordered were stale.

Went at 9PM- “out of” chicken, steak, white rice, sour cream, barbacoa, and corn salsa….so what do you sell here???? They said they didn’t have the people to prep it but had 4 employees visible. Blown away-needs new management
