Absolutely horrible. I’ve noticed that the ownership/management has changed throughout the recent weeks or months. First off, the dishes being used, such as blending items, are not clean, I noticed spots and dried food residue on them all the way from the line. Secondly, some of the toppings out or at least one of them had MOLD on it, and was still being used by what appears to be not just the workers but also management. Third, the prices have continuously gone up even more!! The prices were already a bit steep, but everything is like a dollar more than it was which is terrible. Fourth off, the place is generally filthy, there are BUGS running about, and so many surfaces, windows, floors, etc, are insanely dirty. Next, the place itself seems to be a wreck, the ice cream was so melty, and it seems like the display cabinet holding all of it wasn’t even keeping it cold enough, causing it to melt, then it all falls apart even more as soon as the workers scoop it out of the one thing BARELY keeping it cold. They also seem to always be running out of SOMETHING, an ice cream flavor or several, numerous toppings, and ALWAYS their dipped waffles are low/out. They seem to barely have their freezer in their lobby stocked too (cakes and such). Obviously, they’re trying to make as much money as they possibly can without giving any thought to the consumer, the customer, and hell — probably even their own workers. There was barely enough people even making that place function the last few times I visited, I can’t imagine how that’ll look in the summertime! Truly a shame, what a way to make such a beloved place by me and my family into an abomination, with the most CRYSTAL CLEAR disregard for the customer and likely even their workers. Shame.

We stopped by Cold Stone today and everything was amazing! I had the banana ice cream and my wife had the coffee and brownie ice cream—both were delicious. Great flavors and super fresh. We’ll definitely be back!

got a hair mixed into my ice cream which i didn’t find until about half way through eating it.

Unreliable, but great, when it’s done right. Often times employees are standing around. I’ve pre-ordered, exceeded arrival time and the orders aren’t even started - employees apologize they forgot to check online orders.
If the order is done it’s soup, even in the freezer. And 50% of the time wrong.

Stand in line, go in to order, only way to do it.

We get there and can already tell all the employees have a bad attitude... We get up to order our ice cream I order a shake and they don't even know how to make it.. and my husband orders a ours size cheese cake with strawberries and blue berries. They little girl that was making his gave him a god aweful look. She made it and when it was given to us it was so covered in ice cream that we physically had to wipe it off then the cashier got it with a rag ... there was no cleaning in between customers at all .. what if someone had an allergy.... Y'all need to do better!!!! We will not be back!!!!

The girls working were very friendly. Ice cream and cones and everything were excellent! And the entire place was CLEAN, which is a rarity in South Carolina restaurants. Well done, we will definitely make this place our regular ice cream spot!

There’s never a wait (as opposed to Harbison where you usually have to wait 20+ mins). They have a good selection, very friendly staff, and the location is convenient.

The place had a B rating. Didn’t notice till after sitting down. The order taker/cashier was out of this world (she also happened to have pink hair) - she didn’t know what chocolate chip cookie dough ice cream even was…. Asked for a waffle bowl immediately responded “we don’t have those here”. There was one staff member there who was literally running laps around the others trying to do all she could but dragged down by the other person. Overall ice cream tasted like peanut butter - yes cookie dough and vanilla ice cream = peanut butter I guess. Don’t think I’ll go back to this one…

The service was good but they gave me a little bit of ice cream. Once I put my spoon into it it was touching the bottom of the cup and my ice cream cone was not good at all it taste old. I’m so upset because I spent a lot on that ice cream I have a picture if it

My daughter and I ordered our ice cream and decided to sit at a table to enjoy it before it melted with the heat outside. There were no clean tables! So we sat in chairs, until we noticed the child chairs behind us were filthy, then looked at the floors and in the corners, they were disgusting, couldn't have been cleaned in months. Not going back until they thoroughly clean their store! What happened to food inspectors?

I went here and was instantly impressed by the delightful smell! The line was a bit long and the ice cream was a pit pricey, but it was worth it! The ice cream is flavorful and creamy!

Placed an order for pickup this weekend. Was having trouble with the website but gentleman helped me out and got the birthday cake order placed for me. SO grateful it worked out, cake was fabulous and my son loved it!!!! But service was 10000%. Thank you again for helping me! It was much appreciated.
