There’s never a wait (as opposed to Harbison where you usually have to wait 20+ mins). They have a good selection, very friendly staff, and the location is convenient.

The place had a B rating. Didn’t notice till after sitting down. The order taker/cashier was out of this world (she also happened to have pink hair) - she didn’t know what chocolate chip cookie dough ice cream even was…. Asked for a waffle bowl immediately responded “we don’t have those here”. There was one staff member there who was literally running laps around the others trying to do all she could but dragged down by the other person. Overall ice cream tasted like peanut butter - yes cookie dough and vanilla ice cream = peanut butter I guess. Don’t think I’ll go back to this one…

The service was good but they gave me a little bit of ice cream. Once I put my spoon into it it was touching the bottom of the cup and my ice cream cone was not good at all it taste old. I’m so upset because I spent a lot on that ice cream I have a picture if it

My daughter and I ordered our ice cream and decided to sit at a table to enjoy it before it melted with the heat outside. There were no clean tables! So we sat in chairs, until we noticed the child chairs behind us were filthy, then looked at the floors and in the corners, they were disgusting, couldn't have been cleaned in months. Not going back until they thoroughly clean their store! What happened to food inspectors?

I went here and was instantly impressed by the delightful smell! The line was a bit long and the ice cream was a pit pricey, but it was worth it! The ice cream is flavorful and creamy!

Placed an order for pickup this weekend. Was having trouble with the website but gentleman helped me out and got the birthday cake order placed for me. SO grateful it worked out, cake was fabulous and my son loved it!!!! But service was 10000%. Thank you again for helping me! It was much appreciated.

Went in last night (16 January 2025) and my Wife and I both ordered a banana split. The team working did an awesome job and went above and beyond. Thank you so much and we can’t wait to go back.

Was enjoying my ice cream until I noticed this guy running around 😬 my camera sucks but it was 100% a roach. Told the staff and they honestly seemed angry.

One of our favorite ice cream spots in Lexington. I know there are smaller chains around but cold stone has the flavors figured out. Pricing is standard and you don’t get to add as many toppings without being charge for each but still so good!

We ordered a cake 5 days in advance. Paid $50! They called and said that the cake would not be ready when requested. Then when we arrived 2 hours after it was originally supposed to be ready, they didn’t have the cake. Waited 30 minutes only and o find out they made the wrong cake. Oops. The cake wasn’t frozen so we got a liquidy ice cream cake that wasn’t what we ordered. We won’t be ordering here again.

First, the owner/store manager needs to be ashamed of how dirty it is. No greeting from the manager or any of the 5 employees upon entry. Everyone looked like a gaggle of teenagers standing around fiddling their thumbs with a blank stare. No help or enthusiasm with ordering. Did not mix the toppings in that I wanted after not asking if I wanted any mix ins to begin with. The ice cream didn’t even taste great. Ridiculous… will never go back.
