We went today (August 2nd) to get their famous watermelon shakes (advertised to be available only in July and August). The person at the drive thru was a little snippy and said they’re out of season. They have the sign up at the entrance saying they serve watermelon shakes and the website says so too.

The food is generally decent. It’s cheap for the most part. The only complaint I have is their drive-through speaker always distorted.
One meal did not have the corn dogs and instead received a burger, and the other meal did not get the nuggets even though everything was typed in correctly. This cookout is really hit or miss. I should know to check the food by now before leaving bc of how many times this has happened. Called customer service, no answer.

I usually love cookout but the girl taking my order was rude and when I misunderstood she got snippy with me. Since I misunderstood I changed my order. She repeated it back correctly but still got it wrong and gave me the opposite of what I ordered. The other two trays were fine but I didn’t get to eat and it had to go to waste bc no one else in my house would eat it either.
