Multiple times have given me the wrong order. Gave all cheese bites instead of fries and burger wasn't fully cooked. Able to salvage the burger with the air fryer, but I now have a pissed off toddler because there aren't fries. 😒
Can y'all just have staff repeat back orders like other chains? That's simple.

My fiancée and I ordered food here about a week ago, and I’ve been meaning to leave a review since then. We absolutely enjoyed our meal. I’ve been visiting this location since it first opened, and the food has always been outstanding. The staff are wonderful, and the overall experience is consistently excellent.

The sides were ok but my burger today was undercooked and almost made me vomit in store.. the staff at the register were very friendly and helpful but the cook needs a little bit more help or training. Otherwise this location is somewhat reliable

Went here at 8:30 with friends on our motorcycles and had a amazing food, got nuggets which came out fast and met the nice lady behind the counter which you can tell is a worker.

It seemed inconvenient for me to be ordering food there first. Then after a 25 minute wait I drive a few minutes down the road to find All of the food ordered was Wrong, missing and Disgusting! $40 in the trash!! Had to home and eat a spoonful of peanut butter for dinner!! Try to call no answer!!

1 star seems severe but I couldn't eat my food so I'm not sure how else to rate that. My pork sandwich came COVERED in raw onion. Why is there onion on a pork sandwich to begin with? I didn't think to request no onion and it's not listed on the menu. I didn't think to check before I left the restaurant and I'm not driving the 10 minutes back so no dinner tonight it is.
Update: Cookout responded to this review with a telephone number that rings, puts you on hold, and then gives you a voicemail line. Very strange.

I ordered a charbroiled BBQ chicken sandwich, and what I got was an unrecognizable piece of chicken completely black on the underside — not just “char grilled,” but charred solid. Either the grill hasn’t been cleaned, or someone just forgot it was even cooking. The photo speaks for itself. It was inedible, which sucks because I had just gotten home from work and was STARVING.
To make things worse, my order was wrong. I asked for mac n cheese bites and got fries instead. Honestly, I can see why so many reviews mention mix-ups — the drive-thru speaker is so garbled you can barely understand the person on the other end, and they clearly can’t hear you either. She probably heard fries. They were limp but fine, and the hush puppies were honestly wayyyyy too crunchy, like they had been sitting under a heat lamp all day, or just way too overcooked.

Ordered a Barbecue plate and that comes w/homemade slaw, fries, and hushpuppies. got a barbecue SANDWICH with coleslaw on it, No fries, and hushpuppies. I would appreciate it if I actually got what I ordered.
