I usually love cookout but the girl taking my order was rude and when I misunderstood she got snippy with me. Since I misunderstood I changed my order. She repeated it back correctly but still got it wrong and gave me the opposite of what I ordered. The other two trays were fine but I didn’t get to eat and it had to go to waste bc no one else in my house would eat it either.

I’d like to report that the new management has really upgraded the food. It is absolutely delicious! There was a period of time that I quit going here, but something has definitely changed! I’m back on board with the Cookout in Lexington, everything tastes so fresh!
