I asked for a water cup and was charged $0.38. What kind of a restaurant charges for water? Ridiculous! Restaurant is also very dirty and unkept. Our order was wrong and Cheer Wine was “out of order”. We used to love Cook Out but this was a horrible experience and we likely will not return to this location. Management needs to get their act together.

Sick with food poisoning not long after eating from here last night. Never again will we be eating cookout absolutely disgusting. Drink was nasty. Food seemingly tasted fine and within hours all hell broke loose.

Ordered a double burger tray all the way with cheese and bacon. No cheese or bacon, burgers were thin, tiny with both not covering bun together. Bun was cold and looked old. Did get 1/2 is an onion and a half piece of tomato. No mayo or mustard on burger. Worst meal ever! Will never go there again!
