I like DQ. And often, what I get, when I go to this location. This is now the only DQ in our area. Going here is a permanent hassle. There is something always wrong when I go. I went inside, and it took a long time to get service. I decided to just walk out. As a customer who has visited this location well over a decade, many times, I suggest change, because loyal customers will stop coming, like I have. They need to: hire a few good employees, improve customer service, expand their menu, move to a better location or just make any major changes, to improve their business.

Never answers the phones and no hours posted. Not driving 15 minutes for a surprise like some of the other reviews stated.
