I’ve ordered from this place for the past few years. The most recent time I ordered the Mac and cheese and it was inedible. I’ve never called to complain but I had ordered this awhile before and it had been fine. I called and Jacob checked with someone named Anna who told him “the Mac and cheese was good and I wasn’t getting a refund.” At that point I had not even asked for a refund but was caught so off guard. Needless to say I won’t be eating here again and don’t recommend it to anyone else. It tasted like it had spoiled and yet they still served it. I reached out to corporate and no response. I reached back out to the GM asking for a refund and no response. The $7 doesn’t matter to me but the principle is key. If your food isn’t up to par then at least your customer service should be.

When ordering from a hotel don't tip. Driver will just yeet it at the front desk and run. If we tip the driver should actually deliver the food not just toss it at the front desk. what a joke. i'd like my tip back.

I've always ordered from Dominos. My lady order they had a problem keying in my DC Number. I was told tonight they could not take my order. Called smother Pizza establishment, took my order and left a %100 tip as I always did Dominos. Thanks for the business in the past but being a local bartender... y'all just messed up. Never again.

Like a fool I went on the busiest day but the crew where good about letting me know the status of my order. They even pushed it through a larger order do that I could leave. Food was great staff amazing.
Ordered 2 pan pizzas for store pickup. Came home to see that one of the pizzas doesn’t even look like a pan pizza and they barely put any sauce on the pizza. The other one seems fine.

Can't speak on atmosphere as I ordered delivery. Even tipped $10 on delivery on 2 pizzas and a cheese dip. Pizzas were fine, nothing was wrong with them. But the cheese dip. For $8, I would assume you'd get more cheese. This is the second time they've done this. Lady on the phone said she made it herself and followed the recipe. Jesus christ. Who tf wants to spend $8 on a quarter cup of melted cheese. Was offered a $5 credit or another like-priced item, just not another cheese dip like we asked. Not trying to be entitled but 2 times in a row in less than a week of ordering from this location and this has happened with the cheese dip. Why so stingy with the cheese yall? Like it comes out of your paychecks lol I know inflation isn't to THAT point yet, Jesus.
