We ordered takeout from this location yesterday. The store was clean upon arrival- you could see there wasn’t any food dropped on the floor or mess around where they prepare the pizzas. The guy who helped me at the counter was polite and friendly even when I came back into the store for plates/napkins. And, the food was great. We ordered 2 pizzas and some garlic bread bites. The pizzas had enough topping and were cooked well, and the bread bites were nice and soft (not overcooked). We’ll definitely be back, and this visit made my sister realize how good dominos pizza can be.

I ordered online several hours ahead, knowing Halloween would be insanely busy for pizza. My pickup was set for 4:45, and when I arrived a few minutes early, every curbside spot was full, nine people were waiting in the lobby, and over twenty orders filled the tracker board!
The Domino’s Redbank team was working like a beehive—coordinated, efficient, and focused under their “Queen Bee,” the manager. Every team member anticipated the next move, communicated perfectly, and still managed to greet every customer with a friendly “Hey, how can I help you?” or “Welcome in!”
My order took a bit longer than promised, but watching them operate was impressive. The front counter employee kept me updated, and I could see the whole crew hustling nonstop to meet everyone’s needs. When my pizzas came out, they were hot, fresh, and beautiful—well worth the wait.
Amazing teamwork, Redbank Domino’s! You turned Halloween chaos into a masterclass in coordination and customer care.

Today was my first time going to the Red Bank Dominos in Lexington SC. The customer service is terrible. The employees aren't friendly, they don't greet you when you come in the door. The male employee who waited on me appeared to not like his job and didn't want to be there.
The pizza was pretty good, just a little greasy. The employees at this location need to be retrained because they lack customer service skills!!

I ordered a Large thin crust and chicken bacon ranch bits. 8/12 I drove down to pickup my order. Upon walking, in I used my debit card to pay. The screen came up asking for a tip, I pressed no tip.( After all,when I use my own vehicle, gas and pickup the order myself why would i tip?) The machine took a tip of $1.41 but the price of the pizza didn't come up. So the girl said we'll refund your $. And we preceeded to try the machine again, same thing, it took another tip $1.41. So I went and used the cash that I had, to pay for the food. I called Domino's and was told that it would take 3 days to refund my now $2.82 so I called back in 3 days, still no refund. I payed over $27.00 for that thin pizza and chicken. And then Domino's steals more money from the customer. When I called back the 2nd time, nouthing was done, this company stealing my money was completely forgotten about. I'm out of work and it's a big deal to me. But I will never order from this company ever again. Ps: the pizza was good and so were the chicken bits.

Tried to order ahead for a delivery later that afternoon. They cancelled our order after my wife was unable to accept a confirmation call prior to delivery. There are too many choices for pizza in our area to deal with this form of customer service.
Stole 70 dollars from me and won’t return my money and no store manager at two locations!!!
