Tried to order ahead for a delivery later that afternoon. They cancelled our order after my wife was unable to accept a confirmation call prior to delivery. There are too many choices for pizza in our area to deal with this form of customer service.

Pizza came at 713 missing buffalo Mac n Chz. Called the store he was going to make it then and have it delivered again. It came at 806. Open the container at 853 to find out it’s not buffalo. Piss poor service for sure. Time to go back to Marcos.

Worst domino's order I ever received. Pizza's was burnt the sandwiches had barely anything on em. This location probably shouldn't exist the employees don't even wear gloves will preparing orders. Had to email customer service because these employees don't care.. they need to all be retrained or replaced before this location goes out of business.

Just had my first horrible experience with ordering pizza. Tried online, but had difficulty. App tells you to call with any trouble. I called. The gentleman placed my order and gave me the coupon for 2 large pizzas for 11.99 each. I also ordered a few other items. My order came out to be 57 dollars and a few cents and he talked me into donating to St. Jude's by rounding up to 58 dollars. I paid for the order on the phone. I picked up my pizza and even left a tip in the store. ( Platts Springs Road, in Redbank, SC. My receipt was folded up and tucked into one of the boxes. Since I already paid, I didn't look at it. Buyer Beware! I got home to see that I was charged FULL PRICE for my pizza and was charged to my card, 74 dollars! I called the store immediately and they spoke with the manager and told me that there was nothing they could do! I am so upset! So, please, be careful ordering online or by phone. You never speak to the store and you will be deceived. I have always loved my service there but I am shocked that they would not help or credit me for the over charge. Beware of this store! Called to check on and order I placed and the lady on the phone was very vague and could tell by her voice she was not happy about having to help someone. Order was placed at 8:25 I called at 9:05. Just checked my app and they just now at 9:15 updated it to pizza in the oven but when I called at 9:05 it was in the oven sooooo corporate needs to contact me about the lies this location is feeding people.
