I went in to buy donuts for my staff. It's been awhile since I've been to DD. I grew up with them, and have they changed. First of all, they were so much smaller that a dozen did not fill the box. The filling was only in one third of the donut. Finally, for what I received, (2 dozen), $30 was way too expensive for the 2 dozen (small, partially filled) donuts I received. Will not be going back.

Where did donut boxes go? Why is this hard? Frosted donuts do not belong shoved into a bag. DoorDash delivered my order and every single frosted donut has wax paper around the entire donut, which pulls off the frosting, and then, some were pressed together, frosting sides together, which, guess what? Pulls off the frosting. Ripping bags apart to get the donuts out and keep as in-tact as possible is absurd and everything is such a mess. Going back to donut boxes solves for all of this…help me understand how anything thought bags were a good idea.

I went to the sunset blvd location this morning before work to get a pick me up before working 12hrs. The girl that answered at the drive through was very rude and it was not even busy when I got ther, so there was no need to be rude (granted she was the only one working at the time so I can kind of understand the wait). She apologized for the wait and took my order perfectly fine, read it over to me, I corrected a few things, I looked on the screen and it was correct, and I proceeded to the window. I received my breakfast sandwich and she made my drink, handed it to me, but unfortunately it was the completely wrong order. I ordered a pumpkin chia latte but got some type of coffee latte clearly not what I ordering the picture provided, but I did not realize it until after pulling away because the drinks are the same color, they just taste different. I would’ve have went back but I had to go into work. I would like some type a refund for a drink I did not want!

Rude, just plain rude. I USED to go to this location frequently, but they have lost a customer now. Totally ignored at the drive thru. My son really wanted food from there so I parked and went in. COMPLETELY ignored; no “hello”, no recognition AT ALL. While quietly, patiently waiting, my son and I watched as two employees filled a couple orders, then, someone pulls up to the window, where I had just tried to order, and we watch as an employee fills THEIR order, then turns around and starts on someone else’s…. Unbelievable…we left and I plan not to return. I would be embarrassed if my employees treated a customer like we were treated.

Terrible experience. I went in with my father expecting to enjoy a nice meal of croissant and hash brown only to be neglected by workers both in the drive thru and inside. Terrible experience. Think twice before coming here
