This store needs a new manager! Even though I said hello when I entered, no one greeted me or looked at me! Just went to the pickup counter and walked out, terrible attitude, food is ok! But need to see the service attitude! I remember they used to have 2-3 ladies who were very enthusiastic and cheerful, always welcoming me every time I came! But it seems they are all gone! Will try to come back again, but if they are not cheerful then you should go to the nearby starbucks! The staff there are very cheerful and enthusiastic!

This place used to be top-notch, but the last few times we've been, they have been slow as molasses with people just standing around. There was a line in the drive thru that wasn't moving the last 3 times we went. Cars behind left and eventually we did. I don't know what changed, but we're not going to be going back. It's a shame because it's the most convenient location to house, work, kids stuff, etc.

Wonderful and caring employees. Have elderly relatives at hospital and I have had to stop here several times for q quick breakfast and dinners. Always good food and incredibly fast service. Helps makes a stressful situation a little easier on me. Thanks.
Edit : Over a year later. They are still incredible people there. The coffee/food is still good, the attitudes are still the height of customer service and just plain friendliness.

I wasn’t acknowledged when I walked in. I stood there for exactly six minutes. Someone from the back came and asked was she helped and the girl said no! I spoke up and said I already placed the order online and is already paid for, I’m just here to pick up. The other girl said oh well it said drive through. I also stated that your drive through has 10 cars in as well. I won’t be back at this location at all. Thank you to the blonde hair short hair girl because none of the other girls said anything to me. The long hair girl with the ponytail need to look for something else besides being in customer service because clearly she doesn’t have it. She couldn’t speak or help me, but the only thing she could say is well it says drive-through. Obviously, if you could tell me that you can also speak when a customer walks in and not have the drink sitting on the counter by itself being watered down while waiting eight minutes to get it! I hope the owner operator sees this as well.

The team is amazing, super helpful and always smiling. I appreciate that. I normally NEED that coffee with kids life etc, and they always put a smile on my face. And they’re great to the kids! For Easter, they had eggs for the kiddos with little toys. Come on! One - the kids wanted to go with me, which made my life easier (not fighting kids and more coffee?!) Two- what a sweet touch! I know it’s a chain, but they just operate better.
Just visited this location for the 2nd time and both visits were great. The staff was friendly & made my food & drink in a timely manner. First time trying the peppered bacon sandwich & it was delicious. I also really enjoyed my pink spritz refresher. The eating area looked clean & well maintained.

I went in to buy donuts for my staff. It's been awhile since I've been to DD. I grew up with them, and have they changed. First of all, they were so much smaller that a dozen did not fill the box. The filling was only in one third of the donut. Finally, for what I received, (2 dozen), $30 was way too expensive for the 2 dozen (small, partially filled) donuts I received. Will not be going back.
