This is in a weird little corner, but there's more parking in the back than the 5 slots in front. You might get ignored a bit if you walk inside vs. going through the drive through, but they're nice in there. I got munchins for the first time since basically childhood, and they were good. Also got an oat milk (I think?) hot latte and it was pretty good too.

Wish I could give no stars. Waited over 20 minutes for THREE drinks. The workers weren’t making no drinks, standing around talking. Mainly doing inventory after everyone was standing in line waiting. This was the worst experience I have had at Dunkin. I will NOT be back!!

I've been coming here for about 5 months bc it's very convenient on my drive to work & I've been hoping for them to eventually get it together but it keeps getting worse. The drive through is always backed up & never a quick visit. Even when they have 2 cars you still wait a very long time for your order. The staff are mostly rude or one-word you. There is no smiling or friendliness and the ones that have been friendly I don't see very often. Shout out to Montavious & Taylor for always being pleasant & friendly whenever I would see them in the drive through. Those are the attitudes they should continue to employ, the rest could use some serious training on customer service. The store manager should definitely work on keeping this store staffed & hiring the right employees as well as keeping the place cleaner & training them to get through orders quicker. I've also been in the drive through where I've seen the same girl talking poorly about customers she's had that day or other staff members. We don't need to hear it! Do your job! Maybe less complaining & paying attention to paying customers. If you notice on my Google I rarely leave bad reviews & love to leave my 5 star reviews. I've waited 5 months to leave this here & I hope the manager or upper levels take this seriously.

This was my first & last visit here. The staff appeared very stressed, short-staffed & under appreciated. When the young lady came to the counter, you could tell she had already checked out, when attempting to be polite to her, she made me feel like I was bothering her. The donuts were not good, but the croissant was. This was the worst customer service ever. I called the 800 number customer service, was told I would hear from the store manager. That hasn't happened. So disappointing is an understatement. I hope things get better for the staff

How is Dunkin out of straws???? Every time we come to this location in Lexington it's run by high schoolers and nothing goes smoothly.. How does the franchisee allow this to happen??

this store is disgusting and treats its employees just as bad.
If you consider ordering here is what I wouldn’t get:
Sugar(machine has roaches)
Ice(has bugs)
Any frozen drinks(bugs in the machine)
Any food!! (Whole sandwich set up has roaches and eggs throughout)

Manager doesn't run her store within policy, hires family members of the employees which is very unprofessional and the HR doesn't seem to care? Have also heard of complaints that the hours are unfair and that those family members are given more pay/hours even when they were just hired recently. There was also roaches in the sandwich station one morning and I had just gotten my friend food from there the night before.. The store is always disgusting and theres constantly flies all around the donuts when we come in. Very disgusting,

The front door was locked at 6:45pm when the lobby doesn't close until 7pm. There was no sign on the door about closing early. We went back to our car (in the pouring rain) and went through drive-thru and waited 10 minutes only to learn that the speaker for ordering was broken but there was no sign to tell us to drive up to the window. When we went to the window we waited another 10 minutes to get two donuts and a frozen latte. Worst Dunkin experience ever. No plans to go back!

I love Dunkin iced coffee. However the last couple of times I have visited something I wanted has been out of stock. But I still love them and will continue to visit.
