Theanager today is Very Rude. I'd tell you her name but she refused to give it, hid her tag when I asked. I bought books, the cashier has a cart of books that were not shelved, she asked me if I'd like to look through them. I was doing that and had picked some out when said manager came over and jumped me for looking at them. She said she would also get into the cashier. I had not and would not make a mess if the books. Both myself and the cashier told her that I had permission to do this. No excuse for rudeness. I asked if rudeness was a policy to be a manager here.

I dont Understand how this location is allowed to continue to operate and stay in business. Today I ordered a simple order and they yet again managed to get it wrong. I have been to this location countless times and I cant Remember a single time there where they got the order right or didn’t have an attitude. It’s absolutely ridiculous for you to go to a restaurant and basically know you will receive a wrong order or be treated poorly. Just remember these are adults working here, hired to do a very simple job.

Absolutely love Dunkin’ Donuts. Never had a bad experience on my end large iced coffee is always spot on the munchkins always taste pretty fresh one of my first stops to get my morning going

I’ve gone here a couple of times in the morning after work in the last week just to order a macchiato. It was exactly how it should be so kudos to y’all for that😁! However, the people working there seem to be unenthusiastic. I honestly don’t blame them because dealing with customers early in the morning can be stressful

Doors say 8pm closure. Doors are locked. Called the store no one answered. Tried to go through drive through, the car in front didn’t move for over 5 min, so I left. Anytime we have actually been able to go in, the customer service is beyond terrible and all the donuts are gone. We were told they are brought in and not made in the store. Would not recommend this business.

Today I experienced poor customer Service at the Lexington, SC Dunkin Donuts on W. Main st. I had walked inside the restaurant to pick up my mobile order and when I looked at the donut I ordered, it was hard on the corners and torn so I asked to exchange it for another one (same kind) that was normal and fresh. The older lady there told the young girl “NO”. I again asked politely and said I didn’t want a different donut, that I was simply wanting one of the fresher looking ones that wasn’t torn but of the exact same kind. Again I was told no. As a paying customer, I do not feel that my request was out of bounds at all and I for sure will never go to that location again. All over a donut exchange. Ridiculous.
They are always the best with the sweetest employees I appreciate them alot

This is in a weird little corner, but there's more parking in the back than the 5 slots in front. You might get ignored a bit if you walk inside vs. going through the drive through, but they're nice in there. I got munchins for the first time since basically childhood, and they were good. Also got an oat milk (I think?) hot latte and it was pretty good too.
