The guy working the counter inside Friday 4/5 early in the morning is doing a great job. I'm horrible with names but the guy deserved a shout out. He was personable and friendly to my and my son and he had a positive attitude. I see a lack of that a lot these days so o figured I would point it out.

Everyone at this location is always so polite. I’m a regular and have never had a bad experience. Phat went above and beyond this morning. I made a mistake placing my order and he offered to fix it immediately when I noticed. I asked if it was too much trouble and he said not at all and got right on it. Great customer service!!

Every time we come here we mobile order about 25 minutes before and come in and the order isn't ready. There's product not available, and we wait another 15-20 minutes to be taken care of. Ownership must suck. Order was placed at 2:17 and I walked out with 2 drinks and a donut at 3:00. 2 members of management? Just sitting talking while their other 2 employees are struggling.
I drove an extra 10 minutes out my way,so 20 minutes total for those lazy azzez to just look at me thru the front door at 5:30....I don't do a frickin drive thru...I wanna pick out my

Flunkin Dunkin’. I’m sorry but the donuts were just not to my taste. They were the opposite of good. The sausage croissant was also not the best I ever had. Dunkin’ Donuts many many years ago I remember as tasting better. These donuts made me wanna go to krispy kreme instead. I wish I had taken photos. The donut love was not in these dunking donuts. And the iced coffee was not of any repute either. I would rather have tea anyway. Overall the experience was lackluster. And I spent like $24 there. For subpar donuts. I mean cmon dunking donuts. Do better. The cashier was a sweet girl. Can’t blame her for the ingredients that are being used. She can’t be held accountable. Ok. Not going back to Dunkin’ Donuts. Test of my patience.

Awful. Again, they can't get orders made correctly. Both of my iced macchioto drinks were incorrect, I handed them back to remake them. When they tried again, they didn't know which one had which flavor in it. Top it off, no straws available. Why???
