I purchase six donuts and they were not fresh the donuts was hard and dry end up throwing them in the trash couldn’t eat them

This is my second visit to a Duncan’s. We ordered $21 of stuff, but some was never produced. Our query resulted only in an attitude of “It’s coming” until it obviously was not. The store was quite dirty, and the eye-roll attitude of “we will make it now” left me concerned for what might be “added” to our tots.
We left without food or refund. They got our $21, but cost themselves not only a customer for here but also for all other Dunkin’ Donuts.

I give no stars. this place had me standing in line for over 5 mins to just say they are only doing mobile orders. A customer standing at the counter should come before anything. extremely unprofessional and I will never go back

I would’ve gave them a zero but it does not allow me to do that so I’ll put it in the message. I ordered an extra large hot chocolate and it was half full. My husband ordered avocado toast with no everything two of them and they put everything on it. I went back in and they had an attitude. The atmosphere was just rude. The service sucked and it was nasty in the bathrooms. The food area was nasty and the lady that redid my order only used one glove and they just act like they didn’t wanna do anything or act like they didn’t wanna be there. The lady was doing an order before redoing my order and she placed the cheese on top of the counter that she opens the door to the food. That is nasty. I will not be coming back to this location

I just got my “drink” from Dunkin and received over half a cup of foam. I’ve been to this location one time previously and they gave me the wrong drink. I do not recommend.

I ordered sausage, egg and cheese on English muffin with half dozen donuts for delivery. I received sausage, egg and cheese on a really burnt croissant.. Very disappointed.
Got the $6 meal and didn’t check until I got home, when I say this is unacceptable, why would you serve this to someone? I wouldn’t give this to my dog, this is ridiculous and the amount of time I had to wait in line for it is even more insane.. I did a online order

I went through drive thru and it was a very horrible experience. The person taking my order didn’t understand what I wanted.
