It was so tasty, I almost licked the plate clean!But the real surprise was the fried ice cream. We're talking about a mind-blowing combo! It was like eating a crispy cloud with a surprise inside!Big shoutout to the friendly guy working there – his warm welcome and attentive service made the dining experience even better.Overall, Ganbei is a must-visit for a hilarious and delicious dining adventure. We normally go here just to get sushi, which is so good, well we got hibachi for our kids this time...pretty sure they just boiled chicken and threw it in some rice. Not even chicken breast; chicken thighs, so brown chicken with rice that had no flavor. Just stick to the sushi if you go.

Ganbei is a very nicely appointed sushi restaurant. There are some other Americanized Japanese dishes but but mostly rolls and tempura, some hibachi. That said what they offer is really good. Service was friendly and efficient. Full bar made entertaining a group easy.Parking: Busy area may end up parking a shirt distance away during peak dining hours.

Went there for lunch. Ordered spring rolls, General Tso with steamed chicken and fried rice, and Tempura Shrimp and vegetables.The chicken did not have a fresh taste, like it had been sitting, the fried rice was old and cold, the Tempura was way over battered, and had zero flavor. Spring rolls good.

Great food. Server started out good, but got busy understand on a Friday night. However it doesn't take long to glance at a table as you walk by or just check. We were passed up several times. Needed another waiter to assist. Aside from that everything was perfect. Leftovers were even better the next day.
