Dude… I ordered two full stacks of pancakes and got THREE tiny things of syrup. You have got to be joking me. I even ADDED extra syrup on my order. Not happy!

I've been here for 40 minutes and still no food, it's not that busy right now. I've barely even seen the waitress. My coffee has gotten cold, yes, even in the pot on the table. All I ordered was scrambled eggs, bacon, and 2 pancakes. Why is it taking so long,?? I'm not sure I'll waste my time here again. And it's always so loud with people and kids yelling and talking loud. 50 minutes to get my food. Then the bacon is not well done as I asked. I had to ask for more coffee, sugar, and syrup. Ridiculous!! I even watched the couple next to me get up and leave. Never got my bill, had to go to counter. Then they were confused. The guy and girl at the register were turning their heads and whispering like i couldn't tell they were talking about me. The waitress finally came up there. Tried to grab my money without telling me how much. Never again!!!! Don't waste your time.

Went to the Millennium tour last night. We got out around 11:30 pm and was hungry so we decided to go to our place IHOP. First of all they had all the lights off. Then when we got in a Spanish lady (employee)looked at us like what do y'all want she was flirting with another Spanish guy. Me, my wife, and two other groups stood there waiting. I believe some of them left. She finally came over. When she took our order she couldn't understand what we were saying she had an attitude.... Fast forward she brought us our food I had extra food stuff I didn't ask for.... Then the food wasn't cooked all the way my eggs were runny and my french toast wasn't done. The pancakes were good. I ordered extra of those but everything else could've stayed. Then as we were wrapping up our meal a roach decided to come from around the wall and down towards our table. She told us she was sorry and that it was her first night. IHOP why have a new person handle a new shift all alone. A guy and his significant other sat at a table on the other side of us left his whole plate. He literally took 5 bites of his food and they left. The place was freezing. I mentioned it to her and she was like it's cold?!?! Yes don't you feel it smh... I'm not going to mention the card machine. They gotta get it together

They did a great job with having a whole high school party and still manage to wait on the other guests . Also they only had one cook and the food quality still didn't lack .

I had the mixed berry crepes and was NOT impressed they looked nothing like how they looked on the menu, I got no whipped cream OR fresh berries I got a wack tasting cold strawberry syrup with only 2 strawberries in it, the “crepes” themselves had no flavor and was just very disappointing for my first time eating at this establishment, the staff forgot mine and my friends orders and tried to offer us a meal no one ordered, everything was cold, there was almost nothing available i ordered 4 pieces of bacon and got 3 one on one plate and two on another plate because they forgot to cook it, who wants one piece of bacon???? The orange juice tasted like chemicals the tables were dirty and we waited so long for service and when I was paying they still didn’t remember my order, I was charged for 4 pieces of bacon when I did not receive 4, so much more happened that night we had to flag down staff to even get menus because they just kept ignoring us and it’s almost like we were speaking gibberish because everything we said either did not happen or was just flat out done wrong this is an embarrassing way to run a restaurant my meal was $19.97 I don’t ever want to come back I have disputed my charge and would appreciate my money back. Thank you.

me and my friends went to eat at ihop and we sat for 10-15 minutes without drinks or even getting any service/ greeting. this is the second time going here and getting horrible service except we didn’t get any service. would not recommend going at night. we ended up getting up and leaving without getting anything. the servers kept walking past us and not even greeting our table. so disappointed.
They messed up my w I fes order and forgot her French toast. Then didn't even offer a discount.

The staff at this IHOP location was outstanding today. Professional, quick, thoughtful, friendly and welcoming mannered. I wish more places could find this quality of workers. Well done ladies!! And the food was great.

I had to wait over 15 minutes for the host to notice I was there to be seated. The server was nice, but she only asked my friend if he would like a to go drink but did not ask me, even though we were sitting right next to each other.

We had a very pleasant experience at this location! Our waitress was totally on-point, the food was excellent, and the environment was definitely welcoming! We enjoyed our recent visit!
