I go here for breakfast often and find the staff to be caring and very attentive to the customers needs. The server I usually get is Susan, who truly cares about her customers. Because of a few diet restrictions she sees that I get what I need. The other staff members also look after their customers. I find it a very enjoyable place to get breakfast. The food is well prepared. The cooks ability is very good, though they are stuck in the kitchen so we don't get to tell them or thank them for their work. The management definitely seems to care as you will see them checking with customers.

Horrible atmosphere horrible service. Majority of workers are South American which wouldn't be a problem except for the fact that they just don't seem to want to be there at all they don't care to give you good service they don't care that your order is constantly wrong due to miscommunications or lack of understanding. A very unpleasant dining experience nobody wants to sit and eat somewhere where they're constantly hearing the word gringo That's just utterly disrespectful and unacceptable from a restaurant. And a server who has no common sense or shame. Coughing all over our food coughing all over our menus coughing during taking our orders and she did not want to cover her mouth absolutely disgusting. Bathrooms were just absolutely utterly disgusting toilets over clogged overfield no toilet paper urine everywhere. We made aware of the situation management not only did not care but got angry at the fact that they had to be bothered with any issues with their store. Stay far away from this IHOP I don't know how this place is even open. Unless you want a horrible dining experience with dry disgusting pancakes where every single thing on your order will be wrong I suggest eating somewhere else.

Food was good ! Waitress never refilled my tea or even stopped by our table after she dropped the food off , the she suggested on the bill that we give a 20% tip ! For what ? If she had refilled our tea 1 time ,id given 25% , i always do , if my glass is never empty , and there were only me n my gf at 1 table and a lone diner at another table at 10:15 at night so nooo she wasnt busy !

The food was excellent, however, our waitress was absolutely horrible... It wasn't busy at all, but she kept forgetting about us, got our orders wrong, and was blaming the 3 other guests she was serving for her inadequacies.
The other staff in there were playing around, shouting, and being very unprofessional... I would give it a single star, but the food was actually really good.
The last time I was here, it was a very nice experience. That was before covid. It seems like everyone forgot how to be decent human beings during that time...

If I could give a zero I would. Don't expect to get what you see in the pics on the menu. 80 bucks for 3 people to eat. The food was dripping in oil the fries were freezer burnt the tea was old the lemons were slimy the fish was worse than frozen fish you buy at a grocery store. The county fried steak was purple and the chicken melt was cold. Our waitress was great but this place has gone down hill. We will never return. Waffle house will get our business from now on

The elderly specials are exceptional and waffle house, can kiss my grits. There nothing compared to (IHOP)!. $ very reasonable. You enjoy your meal, 💯%.
