Always a great experience at this location! Clean atmosphere and great service!

Usually there's pretty good. But the last 3 or so months there's been a lack of paying attention to orders. I've had several orders that are incorrect when I pickup. I usually get extra meat with a variety of peppers. The last sandwich I got was 26$ for extra meat and cheese and had less meat and cheese on it than a subway sandwich. The sandwich also was never cut, typically they cut it in quarters when you order a giant. This has been a trend for the last several months at this location.

Good food... fresh ingredients...

I don't know what it is but apparently the employer at this facility is concerned about employees with positivity,pride and concern for the customer. Every time I visit this establishment, the employees are always super gracious and accommodating and take pride in what they prepare for the patrons. I can always count on receiving a quality sub at this particular location. Oh, and I tried their pepper relish condiment because what I've been missing and apparently it's been a lot because it was really good.

We visited Jersey Mike’s in Lexington recently and was blown away by the outstanding customer service. The staff (Patrick, Nicole, McKenna, Emma & Tammy) was incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment my son and I walked in.

What stood out the most was the warm welcome and genuine desire to make sure we were satisfied customers who would visit again.

We will definitely be coming back to this location when we visit again.

My family and I went during lunch hour (rush hour) and we’ve never had worse service or experience and we’ve been to many Jerseys from here to the west coast... It was so bad I’ll probably never step foot in another Jersey mikes again and definitely not this one. I had to tell the lady 4-5 times what I wanted on my pastrami sandwich. Which was that I just don’t want spicy mustard but instead mayo…. It was $75 for a family of 5 to each get a sandwich, wait in line for close to 40 minutes and the pastrami was the worst I’ve ever had. My kids didn’t get anything but meat and cheese on their sandwiches no condiments weren’t even asked… dey sandwiches and Jersey Mikes, $75 is way too much to not like the food, wait forever and have crappy service on top of it.

These are the kindest people I've met in a long time. Families work here together, they treat you like their own, and my kids recognized how nice they are because you don't find that often enough. My son said we need more people in the world like them and I agree 100000%. Thank you for being you!

Came in during the recent hurricane not from the area, it was busy..employees were focused on working. They were all polite! Food fresh!

So I'm from, Point Pleasant NJ, the original town Jersey Mike's was created in. I feel like they would be very disappointed in the lack of substance to their subs in this location. For the amount of money you pay to get 3 slices of meat in your sandwich is pitiful. These sandwiches should be packed with meat. The ingredients are fresh here bc they do have good turn over but there is absolutely no substance to their subs what so ever! I've gone on several different occasions to this one & each time they were the same. I finally asked one of the sub makers why they put so little meat & she told me they have to count the amount of slices per the size of the sub being ordered. Well it's way under what it should be! I know these shops are franchised so the franchise owner should adjust this! They are robbing their customers, charging them $20 for a giant to have nothing on it! The subs in NJ are stacked! Please change this.

Look out they may skip you and give you small bread instead of the giant but make you pay for it.

Why should I buy and order a Giant Sandwich for $30+ and the person that made it didn’t want to follow the instructions of the customer. I’ve tried to call and say something but they never answer.

Insanely overpriced. Slow service. Much better sandwiches elsewhere for a better value. Not recommended.
