Food’s always been spot on probably one of my favorite sub places to visit. They’re always pretty friendly. I’ve never had to wait very long for an order. The store is nice and clean and tidy. All in all never a bad experience here. Keep up the good work.

Super long line. Took family order in line behind me before they took mine. Then couldn't accept a $100 bill on a $42 order. Was told to go next door and ask for change.

This is our JM location since Lexington closed. Always quick and friendly service. Our favs are the Original Italian and Mike's Famous Philly Cheesesteak.

Always a great experience at this location! Clean atmosphere and great service!

Usually there's pretty good. But the last 3 or so months there's been a lack of paying attention to orders. I've had several orders that are incorrect when I pickup. I usually get extra meat with a variety of peppers. The last sandwich I got was 26$ for extra meat and cheese and had less meat and cheese on it than a subway sandwich. The sandwich also was never cut, typically they cut it in quarters when you order a giant. This has been a trend for the last several months at this location.

Good food... fresh ingredients...

I don't know what it is but apparently the employer at this facility is concerned about employees with positivity,pride and concern for the customer. Every time I visit this establishment, the employees are always super gracious and accommodating and take pride in what they prepare for the patrons. I can always count on receiving a quality sub at this particular location. Oh, and I tried their pepper relish condiment because what I've been missing and apparently it's been a lot because it was really good.

We visited Jersey Mike’s in Lexington recently and was blown away by the outstanding customer service. The staff (Patrick, Nicole, McKenna, Emma & Tammy) was incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment my son and I walked in.

What stood out the most was the warm welcome and genuine desire to make sure we were satisfied customers who would visit again.

We will definitely be coming back to this location when we visit again.

My family and I went during lunch hour (rush hour) and we’ve never had worse service or experience and we’ve been to many Jerseys from here to the west coast... It was so bad I’ll probably never step foot in another Jersey mikes again and definitely not this one. I had to tell the lady 4-5 times what I wanted on my pastrami sandwich. Which was that I just don’t want spicy mustard but instead mayo…. It was $75 for a family of 5 to each get a sandwich, wait in line for close to 40 minutes and the pastrami was the worst I’ve ever had. My kids didn’t get anything but meat and cheese on their sandwiches no condiments weren’t even asked… dey sandwiches and Jersey Mikes, $75 is way too much to not like the food, wait forever and have crappy service on top of it.
