I don't know what it is but apparently the employer at this facility is concerned about employees with positivity,pride and concern for the customer. Every time I visit this establishment, the employees are always super gracious and accommodating and take pride in what they prepare for the patrons. Title: Excellent Customer Service Experience!

We visited Jersey Mike’s in Lexington recently and was blown away by the outstanding customer service. The staff (Patrick, Nicole, McKenna, Emma & Tammy) was incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment my son and I walked in.

What stood out the most was the warm welcome and genuine desire to make sure we were satisfied customers who would visit again.

These are the kindest people I've met in a long time. Families work here together, they treat you like their own, and my kids recognized how nice they are because you don't find that often enough. My son said we need more people in the world like them and I agree 100000%. Thank you for being you!
