Food’s always been spot on probably one of my favorite sub places to visit. They’re always pretty friendly. I’ve never had to wait very long for an order. The store is nice and clean and tidy. All in all never a bad experience here. Keep up the good work.

I don't know what it is but apparently the employer at this facility is concerned about employees with positivity,pride and concern for the customer. Every time I visit this establishment, the employees are always super gracious and accommodating and take pride in what they prepare for the patrons. I can always count on receiving a quality sub at this particular location. Oh, and I tried their pepper relish condiment because what I've been missing and apparently it's...

Title: Excellent Customer Service Experience!

We visited Jersey Mike’s in Lexington recently and was blown away by the outstanding customer service. The staff (Patrick, Nicole, McKenna, Emma & Tammy) was incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment my son and I walked in.

What stood out the most was the warm welcome and genuine desire to make sure we were satisfied customers who would visit again.
