Rebekah the general manager at the South Lake location went above and beyond for myself and 2 other teachers at Deerfield Elementary School. She drove her personal vehicle and used her gas to deliver an Uber eats order that I had issues receiving. I’ve NEVER experienced customer service at such a superior level. I told her that I didn’t need her to do it, and she insisted because she didn’t want our experience ruined. How extraordinary is that?! She inconvenienced HERSELF...
They are quick and efficient. I came in at lunch and it was slammed but they got the orders promptly and made a delicious sandwich. I went with my go to sub from Mikes, The Original Italian! So so good!
One of my favorite places. However, it depends on who's there. I had Sunny, Sunni, taking my order today and she was absolutely amazing. Very sweet, professional, such a sweet young lady. If I could get her every time I would keep going back. There was a young male fixing the sandwich and he wasn't....well, let's just say Sunny was amazing. Glad she made it a better experience for me.
