The food is so outstanding. They have the most delicious freshly baked bread. Combined with the new toasted style is over the top. They have the best manager now. Samantha is friendly and on top of everything going on.

This place used to be good. I actually looked forward to coming here every so often. I always order the exact same sandwich, for years now. It was not good the last time and worse this time. The bread was stale. There was so much lettuce and onions that it was almost all I could taste. The little bit of meat and cheese you get is pathetic compared to the mountain of lettuce and onions. And I love lettuce and onions but never before on this sandwich that I always get have they been so overpowering and so much of it. It's basically like Sub Station 2 was famous for - you got a little bit of meat and cheese and a TON of lettuce. Anyway, I won't waste anymore time or money here.

I went here and thought it would be great. But it was just okay. Meh to say the least. I’d say try your luck elsewhere or a different location. My meat kept falling out AND they forgot my pasta salad. I give them a 5.00 dollar tip and this is what I had to deal with? Yeah, not interested as there are other places and options to choose from for sandwiches.

Ordered sandwiches for the family at 6 pm. Showed up to pay cash with a hundred dollar bill and was told the couldn't make change so I left the sandwiches and told them they could keep them. No reason in the world that a restaurant can't make change for 100 dollars at the height of the dinner rush in a completely empty store. I'm highly disappointed and will not be back. Literally my favorite sandwiches. So sad. 6:30 Wednesday November 6th.

Sandwiches from the north lake Dr location were purchased for a church group on Saturday September 14 and approximately 10-12 people ended up very sick. Testing done came back norovirus thus indicating that someone at this restaurant did not wash their hands after returning from the bathroom, thus contaminating surfaces and food, resulting in the spread of this virus to customers. One of the persons was so ill they passed out and hit their head. DO NOT patronize this establishment if you value your health. Nasty.

I ordered a sandwich for delivery with instructions to text on arrival. I never received a text, and after an hour I called the store and apparently the driver took it to the wrong house? The guy who I talked to at the store seemed nice, but didn't offer any compensation for this and said that they would remake it and send it when the current orders were finished even though I've been waiting for close to two hours now. Not cool.
Walked in. No one was there except me and 3 employees. They all saw me. They looked me dead in the face and ignored me as I walked in and passed them. Finally one said hi when I got to the back.Nevermind, I just realized I don't want to eat here.
