They need to be shut down... I been waiting 25 minutes for 2 orders... I got burnt fries and customer service is horrible.. I'm done coming here KFC need to send higher ups over to investigate there establishment.

Visited at the beginning of Aug. Customer service was terrible (workers arguing with each other). Couldn't get the order right and the food was hard/cold. Spent almost 65$ for me and my family of 5. Contacted KFC customer support they gave me a voucher for 15$ back. However I will not go back to this location.

Friday 7-18 at 1139 placed order, 5 people there no one actually doing anything. Got 2 fish plates at 1224. Fries so hard couldn't eat them. Saw 1 cook pull his gloves on with his teeth. No ice or tea in dining area. Everyone was on their phones. 1 man wanted 1 pint of slaw, took 15 minutes to get it.

I went inside bc I’ve had my orders messed up before in the drive thru. I ordered $45 worth of chicken and fish and shrimp. I spoke…. Whole conversations with 3 employees behind the counter about my order. Which was only 2 meals…..and got home with my food… the sides are wrong. And after asking multiple times for condiments for all my food. I have none. No plastic ware. No napkins. I wish I could give a lower rating.

Got a spicy chicken sandwich and there was so much sauce on it I had to wipe the bun with a paper towel. Sauce was all over the packaging. Bun was mushy and the whole sandwich was just not good at all.

Not the best experience today. The lady working helped me with my order because I couldn’t see the menu that well. I was very appreciative. I asked for mashed potatoes and Mac n cheese as my sides. She read it back as mashed potatoes and Cole slaw and then corrected it to Mac n cheese. I repeated Mac n cheese just to be sure we got it right. After that I paid, and asked for sauces before I went to leave. I’ve never had to pay for sauces but this time the lady was obviously aggravated and told me I have to pay for them and I should have told her I wanted sauces before I paid. I did not know that and if that’s the case they need to let you know while you’re ordering or put it on the menu. She handed me the sauces, I offered to pay still, and she sent me on my way because she didn’t want to open another check for 50 cents. I apologized and left. Once I got home I looked inside of the box to have Cole slaw and not Mac n cheese. Kinda upsetting! I got the 3 piece chicken as the meal and my 3rd piece of chicken was tiny (should not count as a 3rd piece lol. I would’ve just got 2 if this is what I was going to get and paid less.) on top of all of that my chicken is so dry compared to normal.
I literally never complain about stuff like this but I just paid about 15$ for a meal I can barely eat anything from. And felt like I was a burden in the drive thru. So no, I’m not super happy. :/

Workers where screaming and fighting with each other behind the counter worst experience ever. they where too busy fighting had to threaten to call sheriff department just to get a refund

So normally our visits here are hit or miss. But this time was a total hit. Behind the counter Ernest and Kat did a fantastic job and we had our food for dine-in in under 10 minutes. We have had bad trips here, usually due to an unruly manager shouting out loud at her staff in front of all of their clientele. Completely unreasonable. But today it was calm, quiet and some steady after lunch traffic. Thank you Ernest and Kat!

Waited over an hour for my chicken meal. When I came in there to check the status of my meal they got upset with me. They were not apologetic for the wait time or anything! Bad service!
