Waited over an hour for my chicken meal. When I came in there to check the status of my meal they got upset with me. They were not apologetic for the wait time or anything! Bad service!

The fish was over cooked. I order a meal with fries, i had to ask for the fries again. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich without pickles, I got a regular chicken sandwich with pickles. We ordered a famous bowl, the 2 pieces of chicken were well done over cooked and the bowl was loaded with corn. I Will not be back. This was my first visit to this location in 5 years on purpose because this keeps happening.

With a family member in fast food industry I could tell the chicken was so dark because the oil hadn't been changed. Chicken was overcooked, and too much pepper. Also I waited in the drive-through line for 14 minutes before I drove around again and the young man finally takes my order. Not going back for awhile.

I met Colonel Harland Sanders when I was a kid. He was so proud of his Fried chicken. Now all his restaurants should hang there head in shame! This location serves lukewarm chicken and pieces that resemble a Cornish hen. Grease soaked, and no flavor. When in Lexington go elsewhere!

Terrible service at the drive through, told the girl my order had to repeat it 4 more times, it was still wrong. I had to wait 15 minutes she had a horrible attitude!!! Find some place else to eat.

I stopped by yesterday to order food. Before I could order, the lady said she wasn't taking any orders at the moment. It was the middle of the day and only two cars in line waiting for food. It seems like the employees here don't want to work.

Terrible customer service, had 2 orders both were wrong while I already waited 15 minutes after the first order to get my 2nd order wrong. They did come back and fix it but the orders were wrong again and they did very little to help the situation never coming back, Manager is clueless on how to fix customers problems.
