Their website and Google states that they close at 10 PM I got to the krispy kreme at about 9:50 PM. By the time I finished checking my app for coupons, the door was locked at 9:53 PM. I knocked on the drive through window and asked, why did they close early? I was told by the sales associate, and the supervisor that they close daily at 9:55 PM. It’s so they can start cleaning and pulling their cash drawer. I was very disappointed after coming off a seven hour drive from florida. While writing my review, I saw at least four of the cars that also wanted krispy kreme up until the minute that is supposed to close. I have been a fateful crispy cream customer since the age of five when my mother used to work for the company. I absolutely would not trade them for dunkin' donuts, but thinking of an alternate due to this disappointment.

I went around 8:00pm, and the doughnuts were not fresh. The glaze tasted like the KK doughnuts that you purchase from the grocery stores. I expected to have KK freshness when going to the actual establishment. I was disappointed. However, the customer service was top notch.

I get donuts about three or four times a month. Usually, there’s a young man who works the window who is very courteous and professional. Today there was a girl there who refused to take my cash. A $50 bill. I handed her the 50 for $35 owed. She reached out, grabbed it then let it go saying she couldn’t take a 50 and it got caught in the wind. I asked to speak to the manager, and he would not even speak to me! Slammed the window in my face!
