I actually went there to get the souvenir cup that I saw in so many posted pictures. The young lady behind the counter even pointed the logo cups out on a shelf. They show them in all the pictures there and make you believe that’s what you are about to get. To my dismay they don’t offer those cups anymore because they said the stickers fell off! Even the milkshake to go cups are bare without the logo. What in the world? Thank god the shake was great!

Great place like to go their for their milkshakes. great service too always feel welcomed, it can get quite busy on the staff but effort is made. love that theirs people who are bilingual. overall would recommend if plan visiting have patience people they are trying Great work

Took 15 minutes for anyone to acknowledge we were even there. Two teenage girls running the place. One wanted me to pay while the other girl was making my ice cream instead of asking my husband what he wanted. Every table in the place was dirty. When my husband said something to them about it, they handed him a wet rag and he cleaned our table himself. They never made any effort to come out and wipe tables down while we were there and stayed in the back. Floors were also dirty. Outside table had ice cream all over it. Would love to go back because the ice cream is good, but only if there is an adult supervising.

I have been a patron of Lick Ice ream since it first opened on Clemson Road. I love ice cream and supporting a woman owned African American business. I was very upset today - because I brought my grands and ordered 5 ice creams. It’s ok I have to pay by card; I guess the owner doesn’t trust her workers. But, what’s not ok is they do not accept card tips ( which I know) but you can’t make change from the top jar. I put in $5 and took back $1 and was told I could not do to put the $1 babk. Which I did. The only people who lost in this deal was the kids working there.

This is a great place to take your grandchildren. The ice cream is delicious. It is kinda pricey, but you get what you pay for!

The staff is friendly, even near closing time and, when they are frazzled. No complaints there. Unfortunately that can't make up for what is a vastly over dressed and over styled desert. You are paying for presentation but the taste is just "meh". And Hershey's Ice Cream is generally very good. They need to focus on selling steak and not selling the sizzle. $37 for 3 people is just nuts.

This place is good but will nickel and dime you for everything. 85 cents extra for whip cream and a damn cherry on my milkshake. Asked if the napkins were an extra 05 cents and shockingly they weren’t. Just adding to my review since you replied and I have no way to reply to your reply. I disagree with the reply you left on my review. Your prices are higher; however, that wasn’t the point of my review. My point is that whip cream and cherries come on a milkshake, go together like PB&J. Not at Lick though because you charge extra for them both to be added on milkshakes. No other other ice cream or frozen ice business in the area charges extra for something that belongs on the milkshake. That’s just wrong.

There is terrible service here. Was served by girl with the purple hat and brown ponytail she is insanely disrespectful and has an attitude. This place is over priced and deserves a rating of 0. This whole business needs to be shut down if someone is allowing to keep rude staff like that and do nothing about it.
