Ordered large extra mushroom pizza for a friend and how very disappointed we both were. This store doesn't seem to be managed very well! Will stick to Dominos and marcos, they never disappoint

Really nice staff. Pizza is always stocked up and prices are still reasonable. Love being able to just pull up to the drive thru order and roll out in less then 5mins.

I was a walk-in customer around 7PM in a Saturday evening and the store seemed steady with 2 customers waiting. I was greeted immediately and my order was taken promptly. I didn’t really know what I wanted but the employee who was taking my order was super helpful! This is by far THE BEST service I have ever received at a Little Caesar’s EVER! Kudos to the staff here and thank you!

Worst experience at little Caesars I've ever had. I want to start by saying I haven't been here in years but figured tonight why not. I ordered at the window and was told they didn't have any ready and would be a few minutes which I was okay with and told the gentlemen I would be out front and parked right in front of store (note: there was also another person waiting). While waiting the place started to get busy and didn't think much of it as figured they placed online orders. As 15mins passed they finally walked out and gave the other person waiting their food so figured i would be next. Another 10mins passes others have been served and another person after me is waiting and before I know it i watch as another employee walks out to give him his food. So I walked in only to find out my food as been waiting in the heater for who know how long. Didn't bring me my food, didnt try to flag me down to let me know it was ready or put my name on the board to let me know it was done and I was so tired I didn't have the energy to make a huff and make them make it again. Oh and may I also add i watched as employees used their hands (no gloves) to grab stuff off the the pizza to throw away. By the time I got home the pizza was dry and tasted like cardboard. I will never be returning to this establishment and really hope they do better going forward.

My first time to a Little Caesars and Iwas pleasantly surprised. If you like a medium crust you will like theres.
Horrible customer service. Our pizza was dry, lacked cheese and tasted old. We get little Caesars from south lake and it's always amazing! They were supposed to refund us and the guy was snarky. I bet he didnt do it on purpose. Go to the red bank one, hands down best little ceasers ever

3rd time in 4 weeks they’ve lost or given away or didn’t produce an order we called in and that’s the 3 separate excuses we’ve been given. This is the worst location of them all and it’s a shame they can’t complete simple tasks. What’s worse is the guy that took the order today tried to say he had no order for the name given but then came back after I pressed the issue and said that when HE took the order the system must have crashed therefore the pizza wasn’t made so I ask if I wait the 20 mins will the pizza be free and he says no lol. Dominos will enjoy our business and appreciate us much more bc when they’re 15 mins late with the food they give us a free pizza. Lil Caesar’s, you’ve gotten your last dollar from me…do better

Service here is trash! Employees have gotten lazy and give you old ass pizzas, I ordered and in 5min my order was ready! Even when placed in warmer I could still feel it was old. I didn’t say anything to avoid confrontation with employees especially the day before Christmas. If owners don’t look into this, they will eventually lose more business and ultimately shutting down.
