Long John Silver's | KFC

Zero stars all the way around. The staff were big, slouchy and slow. Just funky looking. My food was not being prepared until 10 minutes after I ordered it. I was on my lunch break. So ghetto! A baby was crying loudly in the back office. I ordered chicken and fish. I received 3 pieces of fish , no chicken planks ,with enough grease in it to take home to fry some more fish if I wanted to😳The owner needs to do something about it. The Door Dasher had to wait on food that had already been ordered😩 He was pissed! A hot damn mess!

Pull up to drive thru and 4-5 employees all standing by it taking a break or something. Place order, drive thru lady just complaining about being tired and in a bad mood. Has me pull up and will bring food out. 10 minutes go by so I walk in and she’s only one working in there, nobody else around. Only one other customer showed up during my 17 minutes of being there. Chicken dry, fish was ok, fries were lukewarm

Slower than creme rising in branch water. Ordered through drive-thru. Was asked to pull over and wait. We've waited over 20 minutes. I could have drove to Walmart bought frozen fish and shrimp and went home and cooked it by now.

Food was good. The older gentleman that might have been a manager was not rude but Not friendly at all. Not even a smile. Saw a cockroach in the men's bathroom so that was interesting and we asked for extra crunchies with our Long John Silvers but that was ignored

The two people working the counter were yelling out loud and fighting with a customer. Very unprofessional. Then the gal cashier went into the back room and was screaming for a good 3 or 4 minutes. She barely acknowledged that I was even there

The staff messed up my order and then completely disappeared. For over 10 minutes, no employees could be seen behind the counter or even in the kitchen. We heard yelling coming from the back. When they finally appeared, the manager was angry and rude. I just wanted my order fixed. She was completely unprofessional.

Went the other day and it was damn good, staff was super nice! This is the closest long johns anywhere near me! I miss being able to get it more then 1 time every 2 months. Definitely go hear during the day time, I went at night one time and it was no where near as good!

This is the closest Long johns near me. All I can say is the staff was nice and the food was great! I went around 1PM. I have been there later and the food is not as tasty but still good!

Stopped by after 10 years. Place was open for over an hour. Drink machine not turned on, no napkins, no condiments. When asked if they could turn on the dirty drink machine, I was told they couldn't find the key. Once the food was delivered, the fish was hot but tasteless. Crispy fried chicken had a breading growth on it. The manager was screaming at the employees in the back, and no person was at the counter when I asked for forks, napkins, or straws.
The place has a lot of improvements to get done if they want to stay open.
One of the handicap parking spaces is used for a pick up parking. Not legal.
We won't be back.

Food made us sick. You have to wait for a while if you order the Long Johns food

Young lady as manager on duty has been using profanity from the time I walked in until I left. She is easily agitated. Someone needs to calm her down. All of the customers heard her

Been years since I've had Long Johns. Just as I remember. Except the menu has shrunk by quite a bit.....

So incredibly happy that we live so close and such a great friendly staff. We will be making that 30 mom trip again!

Waited 20 for cherry poppers that were supposed to be ready in 5 minutes. Chicken bucket for $10 wasn't bad.
