There are two locations in Lexington but the West Main location is the closest and our favorite. Service is always good, staff are trained so well and they are polite. I have done a few pick up orders and they are accurate and ready when i arrive. It was the same this last time. The food is very good and I love their SC BBQ sauce! The sides are also very good.

I ordered this on Doordash so I can only speak for the food, not the atmosphere or service. First time ordering from here and honestly, never again. The mac and cheese was half burnt and inedible, and the part that wasn’t burnt was a soggy, watery mess that fell apart in my mouth, which I found repulsive. The pulled pork, I couldn’t even taste the meat because it was completely drowned in Southern Gold BBQ sauce, but it was edible. The beans were just okay, and also had the taste of their bbq sauce so after the pulled pork it got hard to swallow. The roll was good. The two little hush puppies they gave me, I couldn't finish chewing tbh. I feel really bad writing poor reviews but just.. it wasn't worth ordering out for me.

Extremely long wait in the drive through. I've been coming to Maurices for probably 35 years and i love the food. Some of the best BBQ in my opinion but this particular location doesn't have a lot of space in the drive thru not to mention slow. Otherwise I do recommend their food.

Jeff, the Manager is very rude. The cashier took my card then the manager took over, gave me a bag and said thank you. I got home and didn’t have my drink and one of my meats. I called the restaurant and JEFF was very ride and condescending . The next day I realized I didn’t get my credit card back either so I went to the restaurant and again RUDE RUDE RUDE! I will NOT go back to this location because of your MANAGER.

The cashier was extremely friendly and nice! The burger was absolutely delicious and fresh! The onion rings were over cooked but they made it right by cooking another batch.
Still the best BBQ around. It's delicious and they give you a large portion of anything. I called in a pickup order of $87.00 and they were 10 minutes from me, when I got there the order was ready.The lady was friendly very attentive and I was out of there in less than 10 minutes.
