Food was great. BLT was fresh and filling. Staff were friendly. Unfortunately the bathrooms ultimately turned me off. There were feces on the stall walls in the men’s room and on the toilet. Rust and just dirty bathroom. Seats in booths are ripped and duct taped. Facilities need to be cleaned and repaired.

Worst McAllister's in the area. Every time I go in the tables are mess and trash is on the floor. The staff always looks disorganized, dazed and confused.
I often order pickup and it's never on the togo shelf ready when I arrive. Today I waited for a bit before asking them to check on my order. It has been sitting behind the counter ready the whole time.
Edit: Despite them handing me the order it was not in fact ready and food was missing when I opened the bag at home.

Always a great place to sit down and enjoy a lunch. I particularly noticed how proper and respectful the servers speak and carry themselves. Food is tasty and price is reasonable. Definitely a place to frequent, you gotta go check them out, yeah?

Atmosphere was disgusting. Restaurant was run down and did not appear clean. You could see the kitchen from the front counter and the food prep turns you off bc the equipment look old as does the food. Bathroom were yucky and toilets did not flush ( surprises left in toilet). The salad dressing given had crust around it as if it had been prepared days before. This is the only yucky McAlister’s I have ever been too. Mgt please give this store some attention it’s bad.
Had the potato soup and broccoli and cheese soup after having surgery. Potato soup was chunky like I prefer it to be just wasn't seasoned to my liking. Broccoli and cheese soup was also good just missing a little extra umph.

I’ve been coming with my family to this location for just over three years now and have to say the consistency of service and food has been the best.
It’s also part of the experience when we go dine out and every time I’ve come with family or on my own I’ve always seen a friendly face who takes the time to greet, chat and just be a little extra thoughtful all while being patient and offering suggestions or explanations on a menu item.
I’ve taken the time to notice that the general manager works tirelessly to check on patrons, introducing himself and ensure orders are enjoyed. He has also hired some of the most outgoing and kindest staff, I truly enjoy their smiles and feel welcome when I visit for my next order. It’s one thing to go out for a meal, but it’s experiencing good food with a pleasant environment that just helps set me up for a better day. I believe that making this an extra stop for a fresh made ice tea with their tea pass or a healthier option for lunch is worth it.
If I could suggest one improvement , while it is big, I’d love to see this location get a more updated facelift though, the seating, walls, floors and bathrooms are functionally obsolescent. This McAlisters is in a great location and has a lot of business, it would be so nice to see it updated with more of a cafe and deli feel to it.
Parking: Parking is plenty but it can fill up around restaurant, some walking required but spots open often.
Kid-friendliness: Friendly environment and kid menu options available. The staff is friendly and patient with each persons order.
