Constantly lock the doors no sign on the door or anything. Here at 730 pm on a Saturday evening placed an order for counter pickup just to show up and all the doors be locked. Worst McDonald’s in Lexington

We just placed a mobile order and went to the drive thru to pick it up. We waited 20 minutes to give them our code. We then waited 45 more minutes at the window. I went inside and the employee said that the prior employee just left without fulfilling orders. While we waited in line one employee had enough time to on break and come back. Totally unacceptable.

The team today at McDonalds were truly outstanding. Offering sweets, holiday cheer, smiles as we pre-ordered our Grinch meals for our kids. All the times I refused to go McDs they gave me a new point of view with fast food service.

Quite possibly the worst managed McDonald’s ever. The owner clearly doesn’t like fully staffing this location. They constantly close one drive through lane and line around the building. Don’t try going inside because you won’t even get acknowledged. Mobile order and I’ve been waiting inside with 7 other people for 25 mins. LOL.

Can’t leave zero stars — so this location gets one. HORRIBLE and RUDE staff. I placed two mobile orders and waited over 20 minutes for each one. The second order just sat there while my sundae melted. I asked multiple times for someone to hand it to me, and the staff rolled their eyes and ignored me. This establishment needs to close or remove employees and rehire.

We ordered our food and after waiting for more than 30 minutes then they told me they didn't get my order! Everyone said they just got there, seems like no body works there before 5 pm!

Every time we go to this specific mcdonalds they get the order completely wrong. we order large fries we get small or medium. we order 20 pc nuggets, we get 10. we want ranch sauce we get barbecue. these people do not care. multiple visits this has happened.

I ordered a good bit of food on the app and received my order quickly. All of the items were in two bags (one for fries and the other with all the sandwiches) and nothing was missing as has been my experience at other locations with a fraction of items. The fries were very hot and the majority of my sandwiches had modifications which were all correct.

Ordered 3 meals at 6. Of course no one takes your order anymore nor ask if you need assistance. Waited 20+ mins to get my cups for the drinks. Another 10 mins for food. This is fast food, correct?
Employees dipped out on their phone cruising through customers with no concerns to the bathroom or outside to enjoy their conversations, leaving the three others to do the majority of the work.
People waited at the register, while others left and tables stayed dirty.
No one works the lobby anymore.
Curious why we make the occasional trip here or any other McDonalds at this point.
Its lost any lure it had while I was growing up.
Customer service is dead and so is the value. #EatAtHome
