Food was fresh but we had to wait. Only bought two five dollar meal bags and it took around 8 minutes to get the order. Dining room was clean. Men’s restroom was a disaster. The urinal was full to the top with something yellow (obviously most likely urine) and the floors looked like a monster truck drove through the bathroom

Ordered a large fry and a frappe with crushed Oreo pieces. Went to second window. The lady working window was extremely rude. She gave us our frappe while sipping on hers. Then close the window. After about a minute open it back up and said what y'all waiting on and we said a large fry and she rolled her eyes. My boyfriend asked could he has some ketchup and she literally walked off away from the window we sat there another 2 minutes waiting. No one came so we just left. Also they did not put Oreo in the frappe and charged us for it.

Ordered online got there waited half an hour got my fries burger and drink then waited another 20 mins never got my McFlurry get home and burgers wrong so I basically paid 15$ to wait for an hour and get fries and a drink

The drive through is never open on time. The hours state that they open at 5:30 am. If there is anyone in there they sure are not responding to taking an order at 5:45-5:55….
Worst one yet! Never gets an order right and bad attitudes then you go from $1 to $3 for s cup of tea yall can't even get right! Consistency is key for any business unless your Consistency is ignorance! Cashier didn't like me complaining so how solution to great customer service was to tell me i could always choose not to come there! Mcdonald university at it's finest!
