The absolute slowest McDonald’s I have ever been to. Every time I come here I’m waiting 20 plus minutes for my food. Completely defeats the purpose of “fast” food. ***Update order was placed at 7:02 PM. Finally received order at 7:50 PM. The order was wrong and I told them it was missing a whole meal and still proceeds to give me the wrong burger. But at that point I’ve been there for almost an hour. I could’ve went to a sitdown restaurant or cooked dinner so I just took what I could get. They did not appear to be short staffed. So I’m not sure what the issue is at this McDonald’s every single day.

Take out rush is no joke. Don’t come here at 6:30pm and expect to be out in 5 minutes. 30 minutes for a simple meal…. Looks like they need to hire more people or train better. Good job Lexington McDonalds. A waste of time.

We came to this McDonald’s on a hot day because of its large playplace. We travel a lot and this is the largest play place I’ve seen in years. It’s 3 stories tall with a slide and it has stuff for big and little kids including a small toddler area as well as seating in the play area. The food was delivered to our table quickly. The only complaint I have is that they didn’t bring any straws or napkins with the food and the smores McFlurry was really terrible and artificial tasting. There’s a LOT of tables/seating at this location and I believe they have free wifi, I saw a couple people working on their laptops. Restrooms were clean.
