I don’t set a very high bar for McDonalds. But this was pretty poor…after I ordered I noticed I’d been charged for an entire extra meal. I took back the receipt and they took care of it.
Then they brought the food and one of the sandwiches was missing. They fixed that.
Then I went to take a sip of cappuccino and noticed the 2/3 full cup was cold. Like, room temperature. So I went back up and they brought me out a medium coffee.
Ok McDonalds, you win. 😵💫

Sat in line for 40 minutes Saturday night only to find out they didn't have BBQ sauce for the BBQ Bacon QPC and their ice cream machine was down so they couldn't make the Oreo shamrock mcflurry. Except when I got to the window an employee was making themselves an ice cream. I also ordered nuggets and got a side of BBQ sauce for my bacon QPC. 🙄

Consistently slow whether it is curbside or drive-through. Waited at curbside for 20 minutes and went inside and it was just sitting on the counter ready and getting cold.

I paid 12$ for some of the worst food I've ever had. Genuinely thought there were no patties on my burger because of how small they were, and the fries are always soggy. Traditionally deep fried foods aren't supposed to be soggy. But we all know it's just some frozen shit that gets thawed.
They had one worker there too, couldn't even get a coworker for that chick.

I had a nice experience and it was clean. Customer service could of been a little nicer
Got to window to pay for my order and was told that they only had one apple pie and not the two I ordered. She stated I could wait for them to cook more. I said no one was fine. I paid for my order and drove to the second window. When I looked at my receipt, I had been charged for two. I told the lady there that I had been charged for two. She called to the lady at the first window who came up hollering that she had offered to refund my money. I said no mam you told me I could wait for you to cook more . She proceeds to yell at me say “yeah you’re going to get yours alright”. At this time the manager came to the window with my refund. I told the manager what happened and the manager just said ok. The lady was behind her the whole time smiling and rolling her eyes at me. I even asked the manager for the lady’s name and she refused to give it to me. The whole time the girls is rolling her eyes and making faces at me. Extremely bad service. Not to mention I paid 3.78 for Apple pies and only got 2.99 back. I guess I’m just out the 15.80 for the order food because no way I would eat it now. Stay away from this McDonald’s.
