Why have a resturaunt inside a truck stop and have the lobby closed and drive thru only. 🤔

I am perplexed as to why the lobby is closed at 11 PM. I placed a mobile order through the app, yet I am now required to wait longer in line. As a truck driver, my vehicle is quite large, and typically, walk-up orders are not accepted; however, I proceeded regardless. It raises the question of why a fast food establishment remains open with only two employees available. If staffing is insufficient to manage operations effectively, it would be prudent to close until adequate personnel can be hired. The owner should reflect on the implications of allowing such a situation to occur, as it is unacceptable to operate with such limited staff.

Slowest service ever! Not kidding either. 30 to 45 minute wait. Better off ordering from an actual restaurant and spending the same amount of money. Where is their corporate manager at fixing this place?? You also have ceiling tiles falling from the ceiling wet. What does the kitchen area look like? How are you allowed to operate this facility?

This place is a shite show. Ordered in app for counter pickup, they closed the dining area. Have to walk through drive thru. Close the location if you can’t run it right. Loves has better options.

This is your average McDonalds as far as what you want, get, etc. VERY busy though… because of location BUT Jen was definitely an ABOVE Average employee and made things go smoother than one that isn’t busy. She did her job WELL and got things right and quick with the help of her team members. Awesome job McD’s. You better keep her!!!! On 03/29/25 at approximately 9:45am

Your McDonald's is an embarrassment.....spend my whole 30 minute reset in here ....I could go to a sit down restaurant and get food faster....bs...management and employees need to watch the movie on witch this company was founded...loves needs to get rid of McDonald's out of there truck stops

Order a meal had to wait about 10 mins. She forgot my fries and they were cold and so was my fish sandwich. No napkins,ketchup or salt in the bag. Customer service sucks

Stopped off this exit. Planned to eat chesters but at 8pm they didnt have any chicken bites (didnt close til 10) so we ate mcdonalds.
There was no one to take our order, & the soda machine was down so it started off rough but after we got our food, it quickly changed.
The gentleman, who looked like the manager brought our food to us. Luckily soda machines behind counter were working bc i thought we were going to have to get a refund on drinks. It got real busy after we ordered. Him & staff were hustling hard.
My bf & I sat & ate .Staffs attitude was good even tho you can tell they were short staffed. Like i said, they brought our food to us. Everything was fresh & hot & all staff was friendly. 5 stars. Coke was crisp too!!
