Walked into the lobby, and stood there for like 20 min. I was morbidly curious to see how long it would take anyone to even take my order. Once my order was taken the food arrived pretty soon. Bacon egg and cheese biscuit, hard around the edges, they don't seem to butter the tops anymore, and kinda cold. Hashbrowns were good. Got my coffee without sweetener or cream. Was never asked my preference. Very very disappointing.

The short plus size middle age lady manager is very rude to the customers and to the young employees there! She is miserable and frustrating to deal with, maybe taking her off the schedule would be best for all involved! The young man who helped me tonight after being yelled at by that beast was very professional and accommodating. Must be difficult working under her watch! Using the kiosk is a good idea if you have a CC which I did not have.

They have 1 employees that harasses me Everytime I come in here I buy food and my coffee everyday and he has the nerve to profile me and doesn't even know me starts problems with me because I charge my phone while eating or drinking coffee if it's a problem then cover the outlet so nobody can use them. Hes the only 1 who does this to me McDonald's needs to really evaluate their employees better cause if this continues I will file harassment charges
