McDonald's sucks. I'm a doordash driver and I always have to basically beg someone to help me. Often times the order is ready for pickup and sitting on a counter somewhere, but the crew is busy talking who's sleeping around with who. And what club they went to last night. Worse feeling ever is ordering breakfast early in the morning and taking that first bite only to taste you were given trash.... Let's just say my pups got a treat this morning
There were no customers in store, but a small line of cars outside. I went in, washed my hands, came out and stood at the counter for about 5 minutes. There were 2 mcdonalds employees seated in dining room. No one said,'with you in a minute' or anything at all, but they did see me, then walked away to kitchen area. So, zero service, zero food, who gives a f about atmosphere at this point. Went across the street to Sonic. I've had such mixed experiences at this mcd. Lately, all negative.

Drive through took us almost an hr. We literally sat waiting for a carmel frappe after we received our food. Like all we seen was a bunch of workers running around inside in a frenzy, laughing. I would like to warn anyone going through the drive-thru to avoid it unless you don't mind waiting 45 to an hr. Staff seem nice. Hence the 2 stars.

They shorted my order from mobile app so I called like the app says to. They told me I have to go through the app for a refund but the app says to go through the store. Now I can’t get a refund or replacement. Super awesome…
