30 minutes in drive thru line,,no acknowledgement and no thank you ,or come back again,,not even kiss my butt !!

I walked in to order one meal. I had difficulty at the kiosk paying for it. The kiosk gave me an option to pay at the counter. I walked up to pay at the counter and ended up being requested to order a meal and paying for it at the counter like the kiosk told me. When I got back to my table, meal had already been delivered so I ended up paying for and receiving two meals when I wanted one meal. This type of situation makes the customer feel foolish and looking for a different dining choice than McDonald's.

I will have to say that I think this is my favorite McDonald's in our area because they are usually very quick and it seems that the people take extra pride in their food preparation.

Waiting for 30 minutes for 4 nuggets. everyone in the back is laughing and joking around while a crowd of people are waiting for their food. embarrassing.

In my 53 years of life, I’ve only had two McDonald’s restaurants that truly stood out—places that felt more like family than a fast-food chain. The first was years ago on Parklane in Columbia, where the management was some of the most beautiful people you could ever meet. I never thought I’d find that feeling again… but I have.
The staff at this location have gone above and beyond, treating me not as just another customer, but like family. Their kindness, warmth, and genuine care make every visit feel special. I can’t express how grateful I am to have them so close to my home.
God has blessed me with a beautiful McDonald’s family, and I appreciate each and every one of them more than they know.

Believe it or not, drive through staff was short and rude tonight. Generally they are friendly and attentive. Guy Missy have had a bad day and it shown in the way he handled his customers.

Waited 35 mins for an online order that was placed 10 mins before I even got to the store.
Waited for over 45 min in the drive thru. There were only 3 cars, not busy at all. This happens more often than not. A previous visit was over 20 min and I received someone else order. Don't think I'll order from
Them again.

If you're diabetic and need something to boost your blood sugar, don't waste your time here. Just go to the gas station across the street. I went inside to order because the drive thru was backed up and I was just ordering one item to go. After standing in line at the register, well before the lobby closing time at 11:00, an employee finally comes up to the register and announces that no more orders will be taken (she appeared to be addressing all the teenagers sitting in the lobby.) She proceeds to start closing the register, before 11:00. Even after I said I had been standing there for a while. This will be my last visit to this McDonald's. I'll give my business to the McDonald's in Red Bank. Their late night staff is much friendlier and they treat you like they care about you.
Went in for a quick snack after work.The doors were locked even though hours were set for eleven. It was only eight o'clock at the time. There were no visible signs saying that the dining area closed early. Very Disappointing, but not surprising last time I went in there. It's 30 minutes to get a one of the dollar deal, meals or whatever, with the nuggets burger fries and a drink.I assume new management as taking the place downhill cause it used to be one of the best ones in the area.

Second time we’ve spent over 40 minutes in drive through line. Not because line was long. Because of the workers. What are they doing? Not their job clearly. If they were doing their job, the order wouldn’t be wrong after 45 minutes of waiting at the second window.
