Mo’s has definitely gone downhill used to love this establishment. Two things have changed with it, though the price you’re paying in the portion size. The price is extremely high for the portion that is extremely small. Your bag used to be almost full of chips. Now you’re lucky if you barely even fill to the the bottom line. I get it. It’s a online order but damn just because it’s an online order doesn’t mean you get to skimp on the portion size. I mean hell $35. Looks like I won’t be back at least with chipotle you know what you’re getting at least they’re consistent.

My guess is, as long as it’s been here, it won’t survive much longer. I’ve been here 3 or 4 times at lunch in the last month. Not sure how all of the food can be cold, and out of sauces at 1pm on your busiest day. Portions have shrunk, prices have gone up, and food is subpar. It’s unfortunate. The amount of grease on these chips is unbelievable. The picture doesn’t even donut justice. They’re soaked. Throw them away.

If Nick is not the manager I hope he gets a serious raise, or even if he is the manager - he helped me big time tonight - I was ordering on rewards points alone in the app and accidentally ordered at the wrong store. He was able to help me get my points back and order at the right store. I didn't have any money (50 cents in my account) so it was the only dinner I was going to be eating - he really made my night because I did not think it was a mistake that could be fixed. I hope he knows how much I appreciate it!

Don't normally write reviews, but had a great experience at the Lexington location on North Lake. The catering order was really well organized in boxes, and easy to carry! Food was great! Would 10/10 recommend catering from Moe's! They just made everything really easy!

Got a catering order set up for my daughters 1 year. Michael was super helpful and had everything ready when we arrived. Helped us load the car as well. Will definitely use them again in the future

I don't know if they are threatening employees over portion size or what. Enployees also act like it is a bother to even make your meal. Spoiled little high schoolers. People talk about Chipotle skimping but this location wins the skimp award in Lexington. Then after they barely give you anything and charging more than Chipotle, have the nerve to ask for a tip on the screen. Are you kidding me? West Cola location does not have this issue so i go there for Moes. This place is pathetic.
