The bar food was excellent (shrimp/bbq ribs/mac and cheese/french fries. The service was excellent...thank you Luke. Unfortunately, the draft taps are not opened yet, so domestic beer was all the beer they had. We sat in the entrance hall area as that was the only outside seating with normal chair heigth. The only issue we had was the occasional cigarette smoke filtering into our area. Food - 5 star, service - 5 star, smoke - negative 1 star, the need for more normal chair heigth seating on patio - no effect on rating...just a comment.
Cold beer, nachos were hot the band was rockin'!! Good times.
I can’t say too much about what their food or drinks are like as we sat at a table for at least 30 minutes without any acknowledgement at all. We ended up leaving due to lack of service. Will not be returning. Will definitely stick with businesses that appreciate their customers and will give decent service.
Too good! Had far too much fun last night! Great band playing though, their name is Radio Source! Look them up!
Food is pretty good. The bar is a little pricey compared to other spots in town.
I was down seeing some friends that just moved there 3 weeks before. Trying to find a bar to dance an have lots of fun. When we went there was a rock band (High Jack) I believe. Loved the band. People don't dance there on the dance floor. ( not while I was there) we will be back to try it out again. I didn't try the food but our friends tried it the day before we got there an said it was good.
CASH MONEY is the band. Moonshiners is the place. You will not be disappointed!

Lots of big TVs! Food was well above expectations. Beer was cold. They serve a really tasty alcoholic (forget the name) concoction in a can you can keep! It's a little off the beaten path but check it out!
Smoked wings with Thai chile sauce were amazing. I rank them as a close #2 to my favorite in Pittsburgh. Ribs and sweet tea were excellent. Great friendly service with excellent recommendations. I shall return often.
