I tried to order first today for myself and some friends. When I tell you who ever is running the front desk is definitely new because I’ve never spoke with them before and they were extremely rude and unprofessional. I was yelled at and told to hold on when they just had asked me for my order, and when I continued with the rest of my order after I was finished “holding”, I was hung up on. I’m so upset cuz this was my go to place for a while but I will not tolerate unprofessionalism and rudeness when clearly the person upfront can’t do their job at all and has no customer service skills. All love to the family that owns the place but whoever that was needs to be trained how to work with the public.
