The first couple of times we came here, we had no issues. Food came out fairly slowly, but tasted good. The vegan cheese here is excellent. The last two times we’ve come, there has been meat in our vegan dishes. First, there was a bacon bit in my salad. I was willing to give the benefit of the doubt, as we’d never had an issue before. Most recently, there was pepperoni in our vegan garlic knots, and our pizza had at least one piece of feta on it. At this point, I can’t trust that my food will actually be vegan, so we’ve decided not to return. This is unfortunate, as the food was very good otherwise. Service has been inconsistent, as well. Some servers are attentive and friendly, while others (one in particular) have been absent and somewhat rude.

We enjoy their pizza but our first dine-in experience was horrible. Stopped in for a quick dinner before the park. Only 2 tables seated at the time and they already had their food. We ordered a large pizza and it took almost an hour and a half. At one point we were told the pizza would be out shortly, 15 minutes later we asked if we should just leave, pizza came out 5 minutes after that. We had 3 young children and it was difficult to keep them patient. I don’t write reviews but this felt warranted.

I love the atmosphere here! as soon as you walk in to the restaurant it feels like you are apart of the family. Whats even better is the pizza, its not no little Caesars pizza at all. I can tell its made carefully with the intent of fulfilling us. I can say with all honestly its worth the wait!

The crust is way too hard and tough and also ashy on the bottom, yet the toppings aren't all the way cooked. They fall off very easily. Not enough sauce, but if they were to put more sauce on it the way they're baking it, it would just be soggy on top and the cheese and toppings would be even less baked-in than they already are. Also, reading the negative reviews here, management doesn't seem too open to criticism, constructive or not. Take feedback with grace and don't be so defensive. Fix any issues and move on. I've given the pizzas a chance multiple times because my family loves it (for some reason...perhaps they have stronger jaws and teeth than me). I do think the quality of the ingredients and the overall flavor are pretty good, but not incredible. Either way, it's just made all wrong. Wait times all over the place too. If it was quicker and about 50-60% of the price, I would get the hype. They're charging prices like it's incredible and it's really not. I'm sorry to admit. Thanks for reading.

I am so excited to have found this amazing pizza and friends. I just moved here from Charleston, and have been searching for something like I had back home. Our bartender May Daily was completely attentive annd super cool to talk to. I also met Max! He was easy talking g and fun! Daryl just lit up the room… I just wanted to tell everyone that this is a place that you would like to come and it feels like a neighborhood gathering spot.

We have been to Nicky‘s a few times and absolutely love it! The pizza and apps are phenomenal, and the spaghetti and meatballs is also 10/10. This past visit, they went above and beyond to make my daughter’s bday party a hit- from making sure Taylor Swift was playing to helping with all the details of the meal- our server Ryan was the bomb! Highly recommend.

The food was great; however, our food took over an hour. To-go orders were filled before ours and people who arrived after us were served before us. We asked to cancel our order so we could attend the concert across the street. We were told since the order was in the oven, the order could not be cancelled.

This is the second time I had an issue with this pizzeria the last time I ordered Penne al a vodkait was the worst sauce I ever had in my life it was not penny vodka today I went in and asked for a Sicilian slice and a individual pie for my wife we waited a half an hour before they brought out her pie and I still hadn’t gotten mine if they didn’t have the Sicilian made they should’ve told me and instead of making me wait a half hour and let me eat alone after my wife finished her slices never going back

Have good and bad day's.. unfortunately the last few pizzas where dried with barely any sauce.. idk if they changed cooks or what. Tonight's pizza was disgusting had basically no sauce at all.. tossed 2 pies away.. it sad because we used to enjoy this place. Especially being from New York..

Waiters are fast to my surprise and very professional. I love how you can see the cooks making the pizza so you know your order is going to be fresh and cared for. I recommend the Italian stallion, by far the best pizza I ever had.10/10 will come again and again
