First time at Nicky's despite being a life long resident of Lexington and I am kicking myself for not coming sooner. The pizza here was fantastic, and I love they give you the option for NY style or Sicilian style pizza. Everything I tried, the Lexington salad, cheese pizza and chicken alla vodka was all so good.

We ordered the garlic parm wings, teriyaki wings, meat lovers pizza and my new favorite chicken alla vodka pizza ?

There was only us and another table of 2. Service was slow. My entree came out before his pizza (I was almost done with my meal). Pizza order was wrong. Pizza was just not as good as usual.

This was my first time eating at Nicky’s. When I placed an order in the early afternoon the system they just started using messed the order up big time. I Did not know that at the time. Wrong price, by double and a delay to shock you!!
My initial thought was they must be popular with a wait time like that. If it’s that good I’ll wait. I got things to do anyway. Well I was absolutely wrong that food was ready hours before I picked it up! When yo told the owner they were shocked.
The owner to her and her staffs credit made it absolutely right. I got to keep my original order, she made a fresh one and didn’t charge for it and gave me and my mom a free drink.
The food is delicious, good enough to want to keep eating after you burn your mouth.
My only complaint I didn’t eat there sooner! 10/10 guys well done!

We came in this past week and everything was great. My issue and reasoning for not giving 5 stars is the consistency here. When I've come in on Friday evenings or weekends the quality you're putting out just isn't even close to the same (my experience more recently) The gentleman that was making pizzas on 10/17 during lunch has it figured out. The young man waiting tables was personable and did a great job too.

Burnt pizza and a server who looked down on our alcohol purchases and told us he only needed the lord and savior Jesus Christ to relax. Probably won’t come back. Maybe in a pinch.

We drove to Lexington to Nicky’s from North Augusta specifically because I’ve heard their vegan pizza is amazing. And it was!!! We got the garlic knots also. And our server was super sweet and attentive. We’re definitely going to make the drive back out there!

Haven’t even eaten here - that’s how great our first experience was. We submitted an online order at 5:20 and it said our pickup window was 5:35-5:45PM. I arrived at 5:40 and they said “sorry, it’ll be another 15 mins.” I take a seat and wait….. and wait some more. At 6:05, another server looked at me puzzled and said “oh are you dining in?” I say, no I’m waiting on my pizza still. At that point I then track down the original guy that helped me and asked him for an update on my pizza. He comes back and says “yeah, I’m not sure how long it’s gonna be now. Still going to be awhile.” I sit back down frustrated, knowing I have hungry, angry kids waiting for me to bring home their food. I was offered a beer but I don’t drink so I declined…. And I was too mad to accept a soda either so I just continued to sit there. At 6:20, mind you it’s now been a full hour after our order was originally placed, I ask them again if there was any other updates on our order. To which I was told they hadn’t even started making our pizza yet. I was beyond frustrated at this point and asked them to just give me a refund because I was done waiting. The guy piddled around on the tablet for a second and just printed off half a receipt that just says “void transaction” so honestly not even sure if we got our money back. Real nice first impression, gentlemen. I had high hopes for this place but I think I’ll find someplace else.
If I could leave zero stars, I would. Ordered our pizza for pickup at 5:20, being told it would be done by 5:35. By 6:25 they hadn’t even started it and every time we asked for an update, they said “we don’t know”. Didn’t refund the order, just “voided” it on their end to get it out of their system. Horrible first impression and we won’t be back.
