It was our first time here today and went for a late lunch with the hubby. We had the bruschetta, Italian sub with fries and a large pepperoni, mushroom and sausage pizza… and let me tell ya… it was all excellent! Our waitress was so nice, the restaurant was clean and we got to park right out front! We will definitely be going back! I can’t understand why some people love the chain restaurants ? please support this small business and eat more pizza?

We had a reservation for 6 on a Saturday at 5. We enjoyed the atmosphere. Our waitress was very kind. We ordered fries, garlic knots and fried Mac and cheese bites as appetizers. The garlic knots were cold which was disappointing since I've heard so many rave about them. The fries were awesome! After we placed our meal orders, our waitress explained that the kitchen was running behind and that our food would just start coming out as it was completed rather than all at once. One person received their slice (burned on bottom but understand that happens when they reheat an existing cheese slice to create a custom one- it was still good!) and had nearly finished it before anyone else started receiving food. One person in our party did not receive his meal until everyone else had finished or nearly finished theirs. The time from the first person receiving their meal to the last person receiving his was easily 20+ minutes. Our waitress was very apologetic concerning the situation and we understand that these things happen. Thankfully we weren't in a hurry! Their Lexington salad was HUGE and had lots of toppings (I actually found myself wishing there had been more lettuce to offset the richness of the toppings). The house balsamic vinegrette was delicious! We wanted to LOVE this place and maybe we'll give it another chance on another day. Rounding up from 3.5 stars and giving 4 stars because overall the food was good and the waitstaff friendly.

This is my first time here and Bryson was our server. He was not only very friendly and professional but very familiar with the menu! He was very attentive in checking with us to make sure we had everything. Nicky’s is very lucky to have such a great young man working for them. We will be back!

service is incredible! it has improved astronomically since the new owners have taken over this past year. Food is so good, and the wait time was only around 20 minutes. Perfect date night or even family spot. highly recommend!

I’ve had my fair share of pizza living in New York all my life, but I have got to say I was blown away by the pizza here. It was as close to that classic New York style that you can get down here in Lexington! They sat my family and I down and immediately attended to us, the service was incredible and the food was just as good, if not better. I had their buffalo chicken with ranch and it was impeccable, would definitely eat here again!
