The food is good. I think they are experiencing staffing issues as most places are. Just remember to be kind. Service takes a little longer but they really try thier best.

Was very disappointed. O’Charleys used to be one of my favorite restaurants but no longer. The food quality is lacking and this chain ha the worst service of any chain restaurant I’ve ever been to. We knew what we wanted when we arrived and wanted to place our order because we were in a hurry, the server refused to take our order because he had others in her area that was seated before us and things went down hill from there

California Grilled Chicken Salad was HUGE portion size. Flavors were absolutely fabulous together. There were a few too many "ends" of greens in salad, but I was able to pick those out. Loaded potatoe soup was delicious. I appreciated the rolls being FRESH OUT THE OVEN. Brownie Bites were awesome. Bar drink was refreshing touch with the flavors of the citrus and strawberries in salad. Tea was sweetened to as close to perfection as possible. Newer waitress ("Brittany"?) did a great job attending to my meal needs/requests. I don't get to dine out by myself often... my kids have often said I am picky about dining out... this was OVERALL GREAT meal experience.

6-1-22. Me and my wife visited the Lexington on sunset blvd we ordered the seafood family platter. Well now where do I started oh yea I know the commercials, what a joke nothing but a bunch of lies . And that’s the bottom line and u people know it . So why make false advertising stating that the food is better when logically it is not ,why does the food look terrible and is bland as a rock . For all this new advertising , why doesn’t the food look like it does on the advertisement . Basically everything was bland and tasteless nowhere nowhere near worth what y’all charge for it ,so in closing it’s a disgrace to the company I mean come on u know I’m right .I was expecting some really good food but all we got was disappointing is

This place is grossly overpriced!(22$ for ONE crab cake and undercooked rice???)(3.29 for a small drink???)(5.99 for dry and mealy chicken tenders WITH a hair in my side???)Rolls ARE SOFT on the inside, the outside is not!Even MORE SO if you order delivery!!!Food quality is appalling!!!Postmates is going to do NOTHING about any of it EXCEPT the side with the hair in it.....

I gave it a 1 star because they asked for a tip on a to-go order. I was going to leave a $6.95 tip for a $19.05 tab. Because she felt like she had to tell me how to tip I left 2.95. But I should have left nothing. It pissed me off a lot.

Our last several visits the food has been wonderful. I love their salads and salmon, my youngest loves their new tilapia dish. Everyone loves the rolls! We're bummed that they don't have free pie Wednesdays anymore, but overall an enjoyable family meal!

It has a good atmosphere and the food was tasty. This was my first time at an O'Charley's and it won't be the last! The only hitch was that one of the beers on tap was a little flat, but they replaced it with a bottle for no cost and all was good.As a diner, I was very surprised. As a chef; comfortably content.

Steak and Ribs combo was pleasant, the seasoned broccoli was perfect and the Cedar Planked salmon is always good. Sometimes it is chilly in here so bring a jacket just in case! The rolls were fresh! Highly Recommend.

Disregard my earlier wordy review.Good atmosphere, generally good service from the waitresses and waiters. The food quality is occasionally less than I expect. I have been a loyal customer for years . I normally tip30 to 50 % of my meal price.. On several occasionsI tipped other service personnel, just because they were on duty.I may try other restaurants to see if I can find consistent food quality.

The atmosphere is very good. The service is clearly above average for my weekly visits. While the food quality is sometimes less than I would expect , it is one of my favorite restaurants in the Lexington, SC area.

We started with a appetizer. That had mozzarella sticks , fried chicken strips, and Loaded baked potatoes for $12.99 the loaded baked potatoes were dry but everything else was very good. For dinner I have Honey drizzled southern fried chicken With broccoli and sweet potatoes it was $10.99 it was very good. The other family member in our party had the Santa Fe tilapia with rice and asparagus. It was $11.99 They said it was also very good. The restaurant had a nice atmosphere. Our waitress gal was super friendly and nice and got us everything that we asked for.

Terrible. We were seated quickly but that is were it went south. We were there for 30 minutes before someone came to the table. It was not busy that's why we were seated so quickly. After our orders were taken it was another 20-25 mins before drinks arrived. 30 minutes later our appetizers arrived. Which I have to say were pretty good(fried pickles). 10 minutes after that small plates were brought to go with the appetizers. They were wet and most of the pickles were gone. 45 minutes later when the food arrived nothing on the table even looked appealing. Three garlic bacon burgers, chicken tenders, and a ribie. Let's start with the ribie and laoded baked potato. The potato needed a few more minutes in the microwave had hardly any toppings and they bout missed the whole potato with the sour cream. Yall Iv seen food put together better at McDonald's during the lunch rush. I'm still not sure how they managed to cook the steak like that but it was done to well done on one side and raw on the other. I ordered med-rare. There was no flavor. I almost forgot the asparagus, fresh, flavorful, but there were only 5. The chicken tenders where dry, chewy, and tasted bad. They were not even eaten but brought home to give the dogs. The kids didn't like their burgers wich looked like the were boiled or baked. They had no flavor and were very dry. The burger toppings were fresh and flavorful but wrong on one and very poorly put together. We stopped by sonic because people didn't eat all their food and were still hungry. Oh and we had a lovely view of the table next to us wich sat covered in unfinished food for over a hour. By the looks of the table they were not happy customers either. All in all I give Zero stars. Do NOT Recommend.

Went out to eat here last night with my son and mother and father in law. This was by far the absolute worst experience I have ever had at a restaurant. I’ll give you a fraction of the list of problems we encountered. My father in law received his food after we had long finished ours and he ordered ribs. The ribs were frozen on the bottom. The manager said we would get 10% off due to his meal being late but when the bill came that didn’t happen. The waiter said he would bring rolls and never did. My meal was missing things that I ordered on it. The waiter didn’t even ask how we wanted our steaks made we had to stop and tell him. They ran out of sweet tea which they brought out in a large plastic jug and gave the last bit to my mother in law and then asked me what else I wanted to drink. I suggest eating at ANY other restaurant or even eating at the gas station across the street. Anything would be better than that.
