This morning me and my family wanted to eat breakfast in a nice calm environment. However the service was not it. The ladies preparing our food were talking bad about costumers, very loudly, while those costumers were still out in the dinning area. Very unprofessional. Those ladies need proper training on how to act professionally.

Messed up order AGAIN. I typically don’t write reviews but considering I am now at a handful of times that I’ve had to return to the store or call that my order was wrong in the past TWO WEEEKS, I am saying something. If you can’t keep up with getting full orders or ingredients correct, then you shouldn’t be operating at the level you are. It’s disappointing.

I use to come here a good bit. The last 4 or 5 times my order has been missing items. They also don't include cheese or croutons in the French Onion Soup through the drive thru. They use to pack the croutons separately in a little wax bag.

Tried to order some food and the cashier caught an attitude and gave me a nasty look when I corrected them on how to pronounce my last name. To be honest, the food is super sub-par and the rice looks like maggots. Will NOT come here again.
We went through the drive through and when we got home I didn’t have all of my order. Charges for it of course but missing items. I called and was told if I drove back to get the rest I would get a free cookie. The “manager “ on the phone sounded 12. This location is ran by clowns.

The worst food I have ever gotten at a restaurant. Cheese steak sandwich tasted like anything but a cheese steak. Asian chicken salad was some lettuce with a little cut up chicken in it. No seasonings and not even enough dressing to taste the dressing. Even the sweet tea was disgusting. Terrible experience, was expecting so much more from a top name place.

This is, without a doubt, the worst Panera I have been to. Every time I order from here, my order is completely incorrect, or my sandwich is made incorrectly. I have been back a few times, hoping it would be different, but nope...same thing every time. I will not be going back.
