Folks were super nice but Papa Johns has cut back both on quality and quantity. It’s not the PJ I remember…..apparently there’s been nationwide cost cutting. The sauce was light, cheese didn’t cover the pizza, and the toppings were sparse. I guess ask for extra sauce and cheese when ordering!

I ordered online, and they did get all of the toppings correct however the cheese did not cover the pizza (not even close) and there was barely any sausage or pepperoni on it. For a large pizza I was not satisfied with the toppings except like before they the correct toppings. I've been here many and was pretty satisfied. Service was good, they were slammed

I used to grubhubat ask for no red sauce.Extra large plus about twenty dollars worth of toppings?And I asked for it to be cooked.Well done... It showed up looking like a pepperoni and cheese discount deal. I paid $50 for a premium Pizza and I got something of less quality that I could have gotten at. C. C's Pizza buffet for children?

Ordered 70 dollars worth of food and somebody decided to throw the garlic sauce and marinara cups on the pizza upside down. We order from here regularly and it's been going downhill and this tops it all. No more of my business for you.

Wr order a pizza and some wings at 7pm. At 8pm it wasn't delivered yet. The app they send the tracking link in wouldn't work to let me see the progress. When I tried to call the store no one answered and the system automatically hung up on me. This isn't the first time I've had issues with this store. I wonder if Shaq knows how scrappy his restaurants are in this area?? Lol!!!

Brought 2 pizzas yesterday for $27.49 and they both were missing toppings or lack there of.my wife picked them up but she trust to many restaurants and that was my fault but this is a horrible location to Order from they are rude but they had the right one today.i advise you to shop elsewhere look at the ratings it’s 3.9 stars again some of the blame is my fault for not checking.AHOLES

Vaping while making pizza, doing inventory (something on clipboard), and serving customers is diabolical! Totally unacceptable and disgusting! Do not eat here. If corporate cares - it was a White guy with long dark brown hair!
We ordered 2 pizzas since Papa John's had a special going on. We brought the pizzas home & they were still hot (way we love it). Our order was completely satisfying. Thank you for a great hot meal!!
