I have always taken my kids to Pelican's, but I had never gotten one for myself. I tried one for the first time a few weeks ago. They are so good and have so many flavors to choose from.
We've been to this location several times since moving to Lexington and each time we've gotten Snoballs with barely any flavor. We thought that maybe it was a once or twice type of thing but it's been every time that we've come. We're huge fans of Pelicans however this location drops the ball in regards to product. Most complaints are about service being slow but we don't mind that. We'd just like to have a satisfying amount of flavor instead...
Great product and price, but why don’t you have bathrooms. Most of your customers are kids and families. Kids use the bathroom all the time. Such an inconvenience that you don’t have restrooms for customers, makes no sense.
