Why is order for Supreme Pizza set to “Pan Crust “ default via your online order process? I did not notice this pre decision was made for me and it was very disappointing, Crust was fine, I just don’t like a thick crust. IMO you should be prompted to select desired Crust, the toppings etc were fine, the pre selection of crust was not fine, I hope you will consider changing this process.

This was our go-to when we were raising our kids 20+ years ago. After many years, we decided to take our grandson to relive the nostalgia of eating at Pizza Hut again. We we not impressed. We called ahead to place our order. We were told when it would be ready. We arrived 5 minutes before and checked in when we arrived and told the order would be ready as stated. After 10 minutes past, we were told it would be ready soon. After 20 minutes past was told they had a lot of recent orders and our order was delayed. We left! Won't be returning soon! I was so looking forward to reviving our Friday Night/Pizza Night!

Do not eat at this one seriously. The pizza tastes and smells like chemicals not even exaggerating! The cheese in the stuff crust is thick and im not talking mozerrella it has a texture that is creamy just gross. Was very disappointed. Cheese pizza was burnt only thing good was the crispy pepperoni. Glob of fat on the wings i almost threw up my kids couldnt eat it. We left it on the table.two full pizzas minus the plates we threw in trash uneaten slices.. just trust this review u can see how many views my reviews get and i dont lie to get something back i didnt even ask for a refund which i should have ...

Ordered my pizza on the Pizza Hut AP. AP said food is ready but I’ve been waiting in lobby with other customers for over 30min. Sorry Pizza Hut this isn’t going to get you many positive reviews!

Pizza had no flavor, meat was dried out, mushrooms old, no sauce, very little pineapple which had a very bitter taste! All in all one of the worst pizza I’ve ever received from this place. Had to add pizza sauce to make it halfway edible. Used to get Pizza there pretty regularly always delicious. This is the 2nd time I had to try and make it edible! This was my last Pizza I will ever order from Pizza Hut!
The pizza I ordered today was just the way we love it. Fabiana, from door dash, brought our pizza in a timely manner and she was very courteous. Great job!!
Kid-friendliness: My two little grand babies, 3 and 4, ate the whole pizza, minus the slice I had. Cheese pizza is their favorite!
