I've been to a Poke Bros before and didn't like it. It was mostly my fault as I didn't ask questions to gauge what I might like. This Poke Bros in Lexington SC is great though. I don't know if they changed how they present their menu but it was so much easier to see pictures and names of things in order to decide. Also, the (I'm assuming) manager came over to help me as my friend was ahead of me. He was so kind and helpful, suggesting things as we went. The girl helping my friend was also super friendly. The food itself was amazing. I got the spicy salmon with rice and other various toppings and it was delicious. I would highly recommend at least trying it, especially at this location if your in SC. I can't speak for the service day to day but my experience was great. I gave 4 stars for the atmosphere not because it felt dirty or anything like that, it was just what you might expect I guess. I didn't want to be disingenuous, and wanted to give the 5 starts to what mattered.

My wife delivers for Door dash and has had a couple deliveries from Poke Bros. So she tried it and really liked it. She described it as getting sushi for half the price and while getting more food. I had the weekend off so we decided to do a lunch date here so I could try it. I agree with her statement 100 percent. There are premade bowls on the menu or you can make your own. For the premade bowls you cannot make substitutions or additions btw. I got a half and half bowl with shrimp and spicy salmon and avacados along with other ingredients. Some extras have an upcharge but $1.50 was the cost of the most expensive add-on. The food was very fresh and tasted great. The atmosphere was peaceful and quiet. We went around 2:30 so I will assume the lunch crowds were gone and the supper crowds hadn't arrived. Service was very friendly and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend Poke Bros for anybody who likes Asian cuisine or really likes Sushi but not the price. Or anyone who wants to try something different from the usual burgers, fries, pizza, stuff. They also offer bubble and milk teas, and mochi ice cream, with a sizable assortment of flavors.

I told staff that the tea tasted off (like mold) and she asked if I ever had Boba before. Lame. I didn't even mention that the ahi also tasted off. Never eating here again. I have to add this a day later: so sick ( both ends) a few hours after I left original review:( So so sick.
