I was so dissatisfied when I rushed here during lunch break. I had never visited before, but frequent the one in Sandhills near my home. I usually get salmon over zucchini noodles. I zoom there...they don't offer zucchini noodles only rice, chips, or wontons as a base. The guy that served me was very selfish with the portions. Nevertheless, service was fast...because it was empty.

I ordered from this location on 3/16/24, after having had generally good experiences from the other locations. I placed my order online for pick up. Meaning I wanted it to be ready when I got there. I showed up 10 minutes after the time it was supposed to be ready, meaning there had been ample time to prepare it. I got there and the guy working said he didn’t want to start making my order until I had arrived. Newsflash: People order online so their food will be ready when they get there. If I wanted to wait for him to make my bowl, I would’ve just walked in and ordered at the counter. I was on a time crunch for my lunch at work and it was honestly really inconvenient. If I ever eat here again, I won’t bother placing my order in advance on the website, because clearly that doesn’t matter.

It was my first time ordering from here for lunch with Uber Eats while I’m at work today. I got the High Tide bowl which was absolutely FANTASTIC! All the ingredients tasted fresh and the chicken and shrimp cooked to perfection! Now, I’ve had strawberry milk tea with boba pearls from another place and it was so awful. The boba pearls tasted heavy of brown sugar and molasses and just ruined the whole drink for me so I was a little hesistant when I ordered the strawberry milk tea from here, but I figured I would take the chance. Boy was I glad I did! It’s so delicious! The boba pearls blend so perfectly with the strawberry flavoring and made the whole experience amazing! You guys are amazing and I can’t wait to come dine in person on my sister date ?Note: Also got a slice of cheesecake and it was very good as well.

The bowls are big portions so I will be having this for lunch tomorrow as well. The place is cute and the workers are friendly so I will definitely be coming back here to try more items.

I’ve been coming to this Poke Bros location since it opened and I’ve never had a bad bowl or cup of milk tea! Folks are nice, service is quick, the establishment is clean, and the food is really good! My last few trips I’ve noticed that some of the toppings have been cut REALLY big, to the point where it’s overwhelming the dish. I’ve attached a photo for reference. The size of the cucumbers and onions are way too big, out sizing the fish and other toppings so everything doesn’t really mesh together well in the mouth. It hasn’t always been like this, so hopefully it gets back on track soon. I still ate most of my order, so obviously not a major issue. The size of the bowl, while still substantial for a meal, is like half the size it was a year ago. The “shrinkflation” is real, but I don’t feel like it’s a bad value. My $15 poke bowl used to make two meals and was an incredible value, now the same bowl is fair enough value and makes for one filling meal. But again, the food is awesome and it’s not going to stop me from returning!

What an absolute delight. My daughter and I tried this for the first time she had a tuna bowl I had the salmon NOW we are hooked. I have celiac disease. It's always a chore to go to someplace new but now I'm thrilled to say we have found our new favorite place. So good and not only delicious but a good value.

I will say to make sure you know the type of food that they serve so you aren’t disappointed. I will definitely be coming back!! I had a bowl here for lunch. This place has all the options for fresh ingredients. I loved the cashews and soy sauce. It was delicious and I recommend the sushi rice. It was so good that I went back the very next day for the exact same thing. The customer service is amazing and they greet you with a smile. They are fast so there is minimal wait time, even at lunch. They are a little pricey, but the taste of the food is so worth every penny. Give it a try, you will not be disappointed.
