I throw my drink away because I didn’t trust the girls behind the counter. I walked in first and nobody was in there, I paid for my drink and then a guy comes behind me and he get drink first. 😏 the cashier stated that my drink required a little more blending…ok. His drink was much bigger than mines. Then she proceeds to turn her back and pour my mixture into the cup and turn around to give me the drink. Not sure why you had to turn around but the counter is right here in front of you. Yep I won’t be back.

The tipping culture is getting out of hand, spending seven dollars on a small drink when I didn’t leave a tip. I feel like it influenced the quality of my drink. It did not taste like a strawberry smoothie at all tasted like ice shavings the blonde 7 foot tall lady there made my drink.

This was the worst experience ever. there was pieces of metal is my smoothie, I think debris from the blender. I called them and they were so rude and did not even offer a refund.

I really wanted a smoothie today. Of course Smoothie King would be the place. Alas, when I attempted to pay for my order, $15.38, they would not accept my $50 bill. US Currency.
Smoothie King is not interested in doing business the American way, with cash.
Oh well, I'll visit your nearest competitor.

No $5 fridays anymore and they do not serve mango in a child size drink. Also, they forgot my daughter’s order.
Smoothie king in Lexington always has the best staff. They help me find exactly what I need! I am currently trying to get more muscle and they recommend the “gladiator” which has 45g of protein!! It’s definitely helped in my muscle building journey!

We come to this location A LOT. Unfortunately, quality and service have greatly declined over the past couple of weeks. The new girls who work on Mondays use an excessive amount of ice in the smoothies to the point there is no flavor whatsoever. I normally would not complain, but after 3 very disappointing visits, I just have to say I miss the old Smoothie King! It has been part of my weekly walking routine for over a year now, but I will be taking a break from this location. Hopefully, the worker's attitudes and work ethic will improve soon
