Just left the lobby at 9:45pm and return due to order not being correct. 9:52pm and the door is locked. Door also has lobby hours which states lobby is open until 11:00pm so why have it locked.

Every time I get something from here it is under cooked. How can you under cook a hotdog? The service is great but the food is subpar. Please fix this. You are the closest Sonic to my home.

Only giving one start so I can post this review. Honestly deserves negative starts after tonight. Extremely disappointed in my sonic experience! I ordered the popcorn chicken combo. For starters, I wasn’t ask if I wanted fries or tots. I pull around and the teenage girl at the window was unpleasant as they come. I asked if I could have tots instead of fries and was told that I couldn’t just add that on at the window & it would be an up charge. I’ve never been told that before. The food was extremely overcooked and dry. The fries tasted like they were cooked at lunch time and the popcorn chicken wasn’t much better. I did call the restaurant and ask to speak to the manager, who ignored my phone call and didn’t seem interested in helping a paying customer at all! Again, I’ll say this was one of the worst experiences I’ve had and unfortunately because of this I don’t think I’ll return to this Sonic.

Person who took my order did not listen when I asked if chicken sandwich had onions and pickles. I tried reaching but same result so I just agreed. Get home and chicken was like eating hockey pucks. Will NEVER order a chicken sandwich again from this Sonic.

I am a delivery driver and when I went in to pick up my order the girl on the register had to send someone else to help me. I showed the man my phone and he turned walked over to get the order and then set the over-filled drink, no protective sticker, on the counter with a non-sealed bag, and then a hot dog, not even in the bag on the counter and walked off. I asked him if he was not going to seal it..and he turned around, grabbed a bag and set it on the counter. The manager was talking on the line and I just bagged the items the best I could. This is not only horrible service, it shows Sonic doesn't care about its online delivery customers. I apologized to the customer who said she would never order there again. This lack of care could have effected my job as well. I think this store needs re-trained from the top down.

Fruit drinks and slushies taste awful. This taste is more than likely coming from mold and dirty equipment. Dont waste your money.
