Terrible service/food tonight at the drive thru. Ordered a number one with groovy fries. Looks as if they scraped the bottom of the fryer and put it in the cup. No groovy sauce. The burger(meat)wasn’t even warm. Took one bite and something did not taste right. Not a thank you or anything. Typical these days with the way the world is but shouldn’t have to put up with horrible food. Very disappointing.

They don't want to work, it bothers them to take orders, because there are many that they have ahead of them, and you can see that they get angry and even more so if you are Mexican, they think that I don't understand them, when they speak badly, but it is not fair and it is okay just one crazy would listen to them. He didn't say anything about the food, it's always been fair to me, it's just that I haven't been there in months.

When nobody was in the drive through we were pulled forward on a 4 drink order and they put m&ms in the vanilla milkshake and the m&m blast only had m&ms on top. No straws provided. Girl who brought drinks out to us didn't even speak. Poor customer service.

They need to change their fry oil. My husband and I wanted a snack so we got some onion rings and some fries. They looked fine but you could taste that the oil was old....not good!!

I was picking up a door dash and I understand having to deal with door dash and their regular customers. On the dash I assigned to it stayed to not go inside to use the drive up or drive thru. After pressing the button I explained I was picking up a door dash she was saying I had to come inside and before I could explain what the dash stated the lady wouldn’t let me get a word out repeatedly cut me off and ended the conversation while I’m still stalking. She didn’t even try to hear me she said what she said and that was it which was very rude. Her name was Whitney brown ! Luckily another lady with glasses was provided clarification about the confusion with door dash and I showed her what it stated on door dash about us not coming inside.
Terrible food. These are the new “Groovy” fries??? They were small, hard as a rock and completely inedible. The burger tasted old, the lettuce was soggy and the tomatoes were old and mushy.

Shameka ( Assistant Manager) went above and beyond!! To insure our order was correct, she came out to our vehicle and took our order!! ///maintenance had adjusted the volume on the curb side speakers ?....it still needs work!! #Sonic needs more employees like her!!!
