My husband and I went to this location Monday night (1/19/26) at 7 pm. We pulled into a stall and pressed the button. We waited about 5 minutes, but no one ever answered. We thought maybe something was wrong with the button, so we pulled into another stall.... same thing. No one answered. We then thought that maybe something was wrong with the stall buttons. My first job was at Sonic so i know its possible for that to happen. We then decided to go through the drive-thru. Our order was taken and when we went to the window, we mentioned to the cashier that we thought something was wrong with the stalls. She then said that they're short staffed so they're not answering. She laughed when she said it, so she must think that treating people poorly is amusing. The fact that you are completely ok with letting people sit there forever waiting and you just ignore them is ridiculous. They could have at least came on the speaker and said that it was drive-thru only. Poor customer service so the way around. I will not be back to this location.

The service at this location is the worst. I was the only customer picking up an online order and they ignored me for five minutes until I had to get their attention. Then I had to wait for them to figure out how to put the order together. Nobody seems to be in charge and the training must be horrible because they were clueless.

Placed online order which you have to go to a stall for. They apparently were not doing car stall orders. Never walked the order out or answered the red button. Drive thru was empty at one point and still got no help. Went through the drive thru (it's been 20 mins at this point) and Lexi was very dismissive and said oh well no one was wearing the car stall headset, like that's an excuse

Doesn’t even deserve 1 star. Went through the drive through at 8 pm. Literally wanted to order a drink and they ignored us. I said “hello?” and waited several minutes. Nothing. Drove past the window and saw at least 2-3 employees. Pathetic!
I went to buy a medium cup of ice, which I’ve done at other Sonics without issue. The employee said they didn’t have enough ice for a cup but could put ice in a drink. It didn’t make sense and felt like he just didn’t want to do it. Their lack of enough ice should not be a problem for me as a customer.

If I could give 0 STARS I WOULD!! Tell me why stalls are getting served before the ones of us in the drive thru that have been waiting for almost 30 minutes . It took them 30 Minutes to get my order ! DO BETTER !! This is ridiculous for a fast food restaurant to take this long !

Manager awful. No customer assistance. Got there, waited 10 minutes whole team was ignoring me. When the manager saw me, she just told “I’ll be right back” and I waited 20 more minutes.

Went through The drive-thru and specifically asked for hot fries. After leaving the drive-thru I checked my order. Then discovered that the french fries were not only cold but they were greasy. So I took the order back inside to have them remake the fries. The little boy at the counter accused me of slamming my food on the counter. I corrected him to say no I placed my food on the counter. I then ask for the hot fries that I originally ordered. It appeared as though they just dropped the original fries back in hot grease and recook them. I asked the question was this done and of course they said it was not. I left the establishment to eat the burger only and feed the birds the fries. I don't know whatever happened to the customer being correct or actually getting what you ordered.

8:45pm on a Saturday night. I’m the only customer in sight. Service was quick but the order was wrong. I can tell I got another customers burger that got left out. First the burger was made wrong. I asked for mayo, mustard, pickles and it had mayo ketchup and lettuce. Bun was stale and the meat was not hot. Tried calling multiple times but no one answers the call phone and the voicemail is full. The hot dog was made right but tasted a little off.
Every single time I come here I place an online order and either go to a stall or the mobile pick up, and every single time I wait 20+ minutes after checking in. I finally pull through the drive thru and continue to wait in the line I was trying to avoid for another 20+ minutes just for the drinks to be water down by the melting ice and the food to be cold since it had been ready 40 minutes ago by now. I cringe at the “if I could rate 0 I would” but in all seriousness if I could give this place 0 stars I would. This is absolutely ridiculous considering I only ever get drinks and maybe a small snack.

Checked into a stall with an online order and sat there for 20 minutes. No one came out to the car so we went through the drive through, which took another 20 minutes. All of that just for them not to have the order ready. 40 minutes total, and the order was TWO DRINKS. No apology and lack of care. Not the first time this has happened either. You’d be better off going to the Red Bank location.

The drive through is the slowest I've ever seen in my life which is why I only gave 1 star. The food was good but who cares if it takes 20 minutes to get through the drive through? The service is horrible. Only go here if you aren't in a rush or just enjoy sitting in your car for 20 minutes in the drive through.
